INCENTIVE CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

This OPPO “Reno Series” Sales Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Boang Technology Proprietary Limited t/a OPPO, a company registered in terms of laws of South Africa with registration number 2020/162436/07 (“OPPO”) together with Vodacom Limited (“Vodacom”)

(OPPO and Vodacom collectively refer to as the “Organisers”).

The Organisers are running this EXCLUSIVE Incentive Campaign whereby all sales agents and store manager in all Vodacom Sales Channel (including direct and express stores) (“Participants”) who sold certain number of Qualifying Devices to stand the chance to win a Reward.

1.1 Immediate families of the Organisers, advertisers and promotion agencies and associated companies are excluded from entering and participating in this Campaign.

1.2 Incentive Campaign will run from 1 May 2022 to 31 May 2022 (the “Campaign Period”).

1.3 The Campaign applies exclusively to Participants who sold certain number of OPPO Reno 5, Reno 7 and/or Reno 7Z (“Qualifying Device”) as the qualifying device/s from all Vodacom sales channel (“Participating Channel”).

1.4 The Campaign will be executed in the Republic of South Africa only.

1.5 By entering all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organizers and the Organizers’ decision regarding any issue will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered.

2. REWARDS (the following Rewards are collectively refer to as “Rewards”)

2.1 For the duration of the Campaign Period, the following prizes will be awarded to the Participants who who met the sales target for the Qualifying Device as set out below.

2.2 Weekly Achiever Reward

(a) All Participants who sold 5 (five) – 9 (nine) Qualifying Device during any given week during the Campaign Period will be entitled to 1 (one) ticket for the draw where 5 (five) winners will be selected randomly by the Organizers to win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO Watch Free.

(b) All Participants who sold 10 (ten) – 19 (nineteen) Qualifying Device during any given week during the Campaign Period will be entitled to 1 (one) ticket for the draw where 5 (five) winners will be selected randomly by the Organizers to win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO A15.

(c) All Participants who sold 20 (twenty) – 29 (twenty) Qualifying Device during any given week during the Campaign Period will be entitled to 1 (one) ticket for the draw where 5 (five) winners will be selected randomly by the Organizers to win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO Reno7Z.

(d) All Participants who sold 30 (thirty) – 49 (forty-nine) Qualifying Device during any given week during the Campaign Period will be entitled to (1) one ticket for the draw where 5 (five) winners will be selected randomly by the Organizers to win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO Reno7.

(e) All Participants who sold 50 (fifty) or more Qualifying Device during any given week during the Campaign Period will be entitled to 1 (one) ticket for the draw where 5 (five) winners will be selected randomly by the Organizers to win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO Device Bundles (OPPO Enco Buds AND 1 x OPPO Watch Free AND 1 x OPPO Reno5 AND 1 x OPPO Reno7).

2.3 Store Manager Reward

(a) Store manager whose store sold 50 (fifty) – 79 (seventy-nine) Qualifying Device during the Campaign Period will be entitled one ticket to participate in a draw where 5 (five) winners will be randomly selected by Organizers and win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO Reno7Z.

(b) Store manager whose store sold 80 (eighty) – 99 (ninety-nine) Qualifying Device during the Campaign Period will be entitled 1 (one) ticket to participate in a draw where 5 (five) winners will be randomly selected by Organizers and win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO Reno7.

(c) Store manager whose store sold more than 100 (hundred) Qualifying Device during the Campaign Period will be entitled one ticket to participate in a draw where 5 (five) winners will be randomly selected by Organizers and win 1 (one) of 5 (five) OPPO Device Bundles (OPPO Enco Buds AND 1 x OPPO Watch Free AND 1 x OPPO Reno5 AND 1 x OPPO Reno7).

3. Giving of Rewards

Weekly Achiever Reward

3.1 The winner will of each of the Rewards will be announced at the last day of any given week:

(a) “Any given week” means period from Monday to Sunday during the month of May 2022, except that:

(i) The last week of audit will be 30 May 2022 and 31 May 2022 only.

(b) The winner of the Reward will receive their reward once OPPO have verified, in OPPO’ sole discretion, the qualifying Participant’s sales record.

Store Manager Reward

3.2 The winner of each of the Rewards will be announced on the 31 May 2022:

(a) The winner of the Reward will receive their reward once OPPO have verified, in OPPO’ sole discretion, the qualifying Participant’s sales record.

4. Specific Terms and Conditions

4.1 Vodacom’s Responsibilities

For the duration of the Campaign Period, Vodacom shall:

(a) Actively inform the Participating Channels of the Campaign to ensure that the Participating Channels are aware and actively participate in the Campaign.

(b) Daily, provide OPPO with true, correct, and complete sale-in and sale-out list for OPPO to accurately reward the qualifying Participants for the Rewards

4.2 OPPO’s responsibilities

For the duration of the Campaign Period, OPPO shall:

(a) Ensure that the Rewards are paid out to the respective winners.

4.3 All Participants are required to submit their sales on the Ecentive platform, which is the platform that will used by OPPO to audit and verify the sales. IT IS PARTICIPANTS’ RESPONSIBILITES TO ENSURE THAT HE/SHE SUBMIT THE CORRECT SALES ON THE ECENTIVE PLATFORM TIMEOUSLY, OPPO WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITIES OF WHATSOEVER NATURE IF PARTICIPANTS FAILS TO DO SO.

4.4 No cross-stores are allowed under whatsoever circumstances. If a Participant submit his/her sales for different stores, he/she will be immediately disqualified to win any awards.

4.5 If a qualified Participants cannot accept the Reward for any reason whatsoever, the Reward will be awarded to the next selected qualifying Participant.

4.6 The Organizers reserve the right to withhold any Reward until it is satisfied that the claim by the winner is valid.

4.7 Personal information of the qualifying Participants will be used strictly to provide the Rewards and will be stored in a secure repository and not transferred to any third party save for the purposes of delivery of the Rewards.

4.8 Participants acknowledge that any personal information supplied to the Organisers for purpose of this Campaign is provided voluntarily, but that they may be prevented from entering or winning a Reward without providing such information.

4.9 This Campaign is advertised by Vodacom emailer communications to all Participating Channels.

4.10 The Campaign, the Reward, and any terms and/or conditions surrounding it may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the Campaign Period and will be applied and interpreted in the sole discretion of the Organizers. Such altered terms and conditions shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the Organisers. No Participants shall have any recourse against the Organizers arising from such alterations of the terms and conditions.

4.11 The Organisers are not liable for any technical failures affecting Participant’s participation in the Campaign.

4.12 Neither the Organisers, nor any other person or party associated with the Campaign, their associated companies, agents, contractors and sponsors and any of its personnel involved in the Campaign , shall be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred or suffered (including but not limited to direct or indirect or consequential loss), death or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from either participation in the Campaign or from claiming the Reward or after claiming the Reward.

4.13 The Organisers reserve the right to extend, reasonably shorten or suspend the time period of the Campaign for technical or commercial or operational reasons or for the greater public good or due to a “force majeure” event or generally for any reason whatsoever within its sole discretion, on condition that it notifies the participants in a manner that is expedient according to its best ability.

4.14 The Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and/or terminate this Campaign immediately at any stage, whether required as a result of changes in legislation, or if required by any national, provincial or municipal authority, or within the sole discretion of the Organisers for any reason (recognized in law). In such event, all Participants waive any rights that they may have/purport to have in terms of this Campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organisers whatsoever.

4.15 All Participants indemnify the Organisers, its associated and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers and employees, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way whatsoever in this Campaign.

4.16 South African law shall govern these Campaign rules as set out in this document.
