"OPPO Spot The Ball Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is organized and promoted by OPPO (the "Promoter" or "OPPO") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate in the Promotion, follow the instructions on this page and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (the "Participant") and Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp, Ltd.

1.1. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

1.2. The Participant must comment on the post with their guess (one entry per Participant), and also follow @oppo on Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) by the Closing Date.

1.3. Five winners will be selected at random. The winner will be informed via Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) on June 16th, 2025, and must respond within 3 days to claim their prize, or the reward will be passed to the next eligible participant.

1.4. To qualify for participation in the promotion, you must be over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, you must first obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.1. This giveaway starts at 12:00 (GMT+8) on June 10th, 2025 (the "Opening Date"), and will end at 12:00 (GMT+8 ) on June 13th, 2025 (the "Closing Date").

2.2. Each Participant can only win a maximum of two prizes for the giveaway (One Sky Victory Ollie and one Radiant Victory Ollie).

2.3. Entry to this promotion is free of charge and is open to all countries. You understand and agree that not all the giveaways can be delivered successfully due to the requirements of applicable laws or logistics problems in your country or region. In such an event, OPPO shall have the right to suspend such giveaways without any legal liabilities.

2.4. The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the promotion that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, or incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

2.5. The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

2.6. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

3.1. There are 5 Sky Victory Ollie and 5 Radiant Victory Ollie in total as prizes. 3 winners will be selected on Instagram and 2 winners will be selected on X (formerly Twitter). Each winner will be given a Sky Victory Ollie and a Radiant Victory Ollie.

3.2. In cases where a prize cannot be delivered due to causes originating with the winner (including but not limited to failure to provide contact information within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event or submission of incomplete or inaccurate contact information that prevents the organizer from establishing contact) the prize will automatically be considered waived. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any such outcome and will not reissue the prize in such cases. Upon receiving their prize, the winner will be expected to confirm completion of delivery by notifying the distributor directly, except where abnormal circumstances prevent this. OPPO shall not be liable for any accidents or damages suffered by the winner relating to the use or receipt of prizes.

3.3. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, the organizer reserves the right to issue an equivalent prize in its place. Replacement awards may not be exchanged for cash.

3.4. Prize recipients shall bear full responsibility for any personal income taxes incurred with their prizes. The Promoter shall bear full responsibility for any domestic or international shipping charges incurred by the delivery of the prize.

3.5. Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.

4.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed/administered by, or associated with X (formerly Twitter) or Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to X (formerly Twitter) or Instagram. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments, or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to X (Formerly Twitter) or Instagram.

5.1. OPPO reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above terms and conditions in keeping with standard practices for similar events and transfer of public gallery rights. Please refer to these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of and understand any changes made by OPPO. By continuing to use this site, you accept these terms and conditions as legally binding regardless of any changes occurring herein.

6.1. Personal information collected from each winner will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering their prize. After the delivery is completed, the Promoter will delete all the personal information. The Promoter will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose the personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfil the above purposes.
