Terms and Conditions of Create Your Own Kits Promotion

“Create Your Own Kits” (the “Promotion”) is a online campaign organized and promoted by OPPO (the “Promoter” or “OPPO”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate in the Promotion, follow the instructions on this page and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (the “Participant”) and Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp, Ltd.

1.1. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

1.2. The Participant must join the giveaway by participating Create Your Own Jersey on oppo.com and submitting the design results with OPPO.

1.3. To qualify for participation in the promotion, you must be over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, you must first obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.1. This giveaway starts at 00:00 am (GMT+ 8) June 23, 2023 and ends at 23:59 pm (GMT+8 ) July 6, 2023.

2.2. Entry to this promotion is free of charge and is open to all countries. You understand and agree that not all the giveaways can be delivered successfully due to the requirement of applicable laws or logistics problems in your country or region. In such an event, OPPO shall have the right to suspend such giveaway without any legal liabilities.

2.3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the promotion that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

2.4. The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

2.5. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

3.1. 1 OPPO Find N2 Flip and 1 UEFA Champions League match (group stage of season 23/24) ticket will be given together to 1 winner.

3.2. The winner will not have a choice for the colour and model of the phone.

3.3. The winner will be able to choose the UEFA Champions League match from all the matches happening in the group stage in season 23/24.

3.4. OPPO will not be responsible for any travel expenses occurred during the visit to the match.

3.5. In cases where a prize cannot be delivered due to causes originating with the winner (including but not limited to failure to provide requested information within 24 hours of the conclusion of the event or submission of incomplete or inaccurate contact information that prevents the organiser from establishing contact) the prize will automatically be considered waived. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any such outcome and will not reissue the prize in such cases. Upon receiving their prizes, winners will be expected to confirm completion of delivery by notifying the distributor directly, except where abnormal circumstances prevent this. OPPO has conducted quality control of the prize before the prize is sent to the winner and therefore, OPPO will not be liable for any accident or damage suffered by the winner in connection with the use or receipt of the prizes.

3.6. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, the organiser reserves the right to issue an equivalent prize in its place. Replacement awards may not be exchanged for cash.

3.7. Prize recipients shall bear full responsibility for any personal income taxes or custom fees incurred with their prizes. The Promoter shall bear full responsibility for any domestic or international shipping charges incurred by the delivery of the prize.

3.8. Once the prize is delivered to the winner's place, the Organizer is not responsible if the prize is damaged, delayed in delivery, or lost in delivery.

4.1. The giveaway is open for participation from 00:00 am (GMT+ 8) June 23, 2023 and the Participant should respond to the activity rule before 23:59 pm (GMT+8 ) July 6, 2023.

4.2. The winner of the giveaway will not be announced, but will receive an email from the Promoter (oppoteam@oppo.com) by EOD July 13.

4.3. Winner must then provide their full legal name, nominated prize delivery address,email address by submission. If the winner fails to do so or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected by the Promoter.

4.4. If the winner fails to redeem his/her prize, this will be deemed a waiver of prizes. OPPO will not be held responsible for rescheduling, replacement, or other liabilities.

5.1. OPPO reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above terms and conditions in keeping with standard practices for similar events. Please refer to these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of and understand any changes made by OPPO. By continuing to use this site, you accept these terms and conditions as legally binding regardless of any changes occurring herein.

6.1. Personal information collected from each winner will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering their prize. And after the delivering is completed, the Promoter will delete all the personal information.The Promoter will not sell, share or otherwise disclose personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfill the above purposes.
