A pre-order lets you reserve your device in advance by paying a ₱1,000 reservation fee. Place your order and pay the ₱1,000 reservation fee during the pre-order period.

You can complete your pre-order by paying the remaining balance during the Balance Payment Period.

Your pre-order will be automatically cancelled, and the ₱1,000 reservation fee may be forfeited and non-refundable in accordance to the Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.

Your order will be processed and shipped after your full payment has been successfully completed and verified.

Log in to the OPPO account you used to place your pre-order and go to My Orders to view your order status. 

If you wish to change your product color, please contact OPPO Official Online Store Customer Service after completing your balance payment. Color change requests are subject to stock availability.

Once your pre-order is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. If you still wish to purchase the device, you must place a new order, subject to product availability and applicable promotions at the time of your new order.
