Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of 2026 OPPO Hyper Legend Cup X MLBB Campus Series | OPPO Philippines

The OPPO Hyper Legend Cup X MLBB Campus Series (hereinafter referred to as "the Tournament") is organized and promoted by OPPO and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

To participate in the Tournament, Participants must follow the instructions provided on this website and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "Participant") and Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp., Ltd (hereinafter "OPPO").

By participating in the Tournament, you agree to be bound by these participation rules (hereinafter referred to as "the Rules"). If you do not agree to these Rules, please do not enter or participate in the Tournament.

To be eligible to participate in the Tournament, All Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of registration.

1.1 To register for the tournament, players must possess a valid National Registration Identity Card Number (NRIC), resident identity card and be at least 18 years of age.

1.2 Participants must not be current or former registered players in any Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) professional league from 1 January 2025, including but not limited to:

1. MPL/MDL/MAL leagues in any region;

2. Official regional or international tournaments, including MSC, M-Series and similar competitions

1.3 Participants must not be employees, contractors, or staff of Moonton Games or OPPO.

1.4 Teams are not permitted to make any roster or personnel changes after registration, except in cases of force majeure, subject to OPPO's approval.

1.5 Each participant may register with only one team. If a participant is found to have registered with more than one team, OPPO reserves the right to disqualify the participant and/or the team.

1.6 Individuals who are currently enrolled in an academic institution and are able to present a valid Student Identification Card as proof of academic status.

1.7 Individuals who have graduated within two (2) years prior to the tournament registration deadline, as indicated on the official graduation certificate.

2.1 OPPO reserves the right to request winners to provide personal information for the purpose of prize verification and fulfillment. Acceptable proof of identity, residency and eligibility shall be determined at OPPO's sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in forfeiture of the prize, in whole or in part and no replacement or compensation will be offered.

2.2 Prize money shall be paid in United States Dollars (USD) or in the winner's local currency, calculated based on the real-time exchange rate at the time of payment, as determined by OPPO.

3.1 Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities and consent to the use of their name, likeness and winning footage or videos for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by OPPO in connection with the Tournament or related projects, without additional compensation. Such participation shall not be unreasonably withheld.

4.1 Categories of Personal information Collected

OPPO will collect and process the following personal information from Participants:

1. Full name

2. National identification number (e.g., KTP / NRIC / PhilSys ID or equivalent)

3. Student identification number

4. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) In-Game Name, Game ID and Server ID

5. Mobile phone number (for verification and Tournament communications)

4.2 Purposes of Processing

OPPO will process Participants' personal information for the following purposes:

1. Participant registration and eligibility verification;

2. Tournament participant screening and team management;

3. Communication with Participants regarding Tournament organization and logistics;

4. Fraud prevention and enforcement of Tournament Rules;

5. Recruitment and invitation for MLBB tournaments co-organized by OPPO and its authorized partners;

6. Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

4.3 Data Sharing and Disclosure

OPPO may share Participants' personal information with:

1. Authorized OPPO distributors and agents in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore for Tournament operations, participant screening, and communication;

2. Tournament production vendors and technical service providers;

3. Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law.

4.4 Data Storage and Cross-Border Data Transfers

Participants' personal information will be stored on servers located in Singapore.

Participants' personal information may be accessed by OPPO located outside Singapore, including China and other jurisdictions where OPPO operates, for Tournament management and support purposes.

Where required by applicable laws, OPPO will implement appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses or other legally recognized data transfer mechanisms.

4.5 Data Retention

Such information will be retained only for as long as necessary and will be deleted by the organizer after the Tournament concludes, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4.6 Security Measures

OPPO will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
