OPPO Ollie is Here Giveaway - Terms and Conditions | OPPO Global

"Ollie is Here Giveaway" (the "Promotion") is organized and promoted by OPPO (the "Promoter" or "OPPO") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate in the Promotion, follow the instructions on this page and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (the "Participant") and Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp, Ltd.

1.1. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

1.2. On TikTok, users must draw or craft the OPPO Ollie mascot and post under the original "Ollie is Here Giveaway" post as a comment. On Instagram, users must like the original "Ollie is Here Giveaway" post, leave a comment, and repost it. On TikTok, entries will be judged by the OPPO Community Team based on creativity. On Instagram, winners will be randomly selected.

1.3. The Participant must also follow @oppo on Instagram or @oppoglobal on TikTok by the Closing Date.

1.4. Eleven winners will be selected, in total. Five will be selected from Instagram and six will be selected from TikTok. The winners will be informed via direct messages on December 30th, 2025, and must respond within seven days to claim their prize, or the reward will be passed to the next eligible participant.

1.5. To qualify for participation in the promotion, you must be over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, you must first obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.1. This giveaway starts at 12:00 (GMT+8) on December 16th, 2025 (the "Opening Date"), and will end at 12:00 (GMT+8) on December 28th, 2025 (the "Closing Date").

2.2. Entry to this promotion is free of charge and is open to all countries. You understand and agree that not all the giveaways can be delivered successfully due to the requirements of applicable laws or logistics problems in your country or region. In such an event, OPPO shall have the right to suspend such giveaways without any legal liabilities.

2.3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the promotion that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, or incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

2.4. The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

2.5. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

3.1. The participant who submits the most creative work, judged by the OPPO Community Team, will win an OPPO Find X9 Series—only on TikTok. Ten other winners will be randomly selected, and each of them will receive the full Ollie Spark Collection.

3.2. In cases where a prize cannot be delivered due to causes originating with the winner (including but not limited to failure to provide contact information within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event or submission of incomplete or inaccurate contact information that prevents the organizer from establishing contact) the prize will automatically be considered waived. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any such outcome and will not reissue the prize in such cases. Upon receiving their prize, the winner will be expected to confirm completion of delivery by notifying the distributor directly, except where abnormal circumstances prevent this. OPPO shall not be liable for any accidents or damages suffered by the winner relating to the use or receipt of prizes.

3.3. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, the organizer reserves the right to issue an equivalent prize in its place. Replacement awards may not be exchanged for cash.

3.4. Prize recipients shall bear full responsibility for any personal income taxes incurred with their prizes. The Promoter shall bear full responsibility for any domestic or international shipping charges incurred by the delivery of the prize.

3.5. Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.

4.1. The Participant assigns to the Promoter, and/or its affiliates, subsidiaries and associated companies an exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use and publish the submissions and/or publish the submissions on its websites/ Official Social Media and in electronic format and in hard copy, in any form, for purposes connected with the Campaign, and to adapt the submissions to enable such usage (including to adapt or edit it for such purposes) and the Participant irrevocably waives, for the benefit of the Promoter, Sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries and associated companies, all moral rights and right to publicity in the submission to which the Participant is entitled to the maximum extent possible under applicable law.

5.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed/administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to TikTok or Instagram. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments, or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to TikTok or Instagram.

6.1. OPPO reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above terms and conditions in keeping with standard practices for similar events and transfer of public gallery rights. Please refer to these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of and understand any changes made by OPPO. By continuing to use this site, you accept these terms and conditions as legally binding regardless of any changes occurring herein.

7.1. Personal information collected from each winner will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering their prize. After the delivery is completed, the Promoter will delete all the personal information. The Promoter will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose the personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfil the above purposes.
