OPPO Odyssey - Terms and Conditions | OPPO Global

"OPPO Odyssey" Game (the "Promotion") is organized and promoted by OPPO (the "Promoter" or "OPPO") and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
To participate in the Promotion, follow the instructions on this page and accept the following terms and conditions, which will form a binding agreement between you (the "Participant") and Guangdong OPPO Mobile Telecommunications Corp, Ltd.

1.1. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby accept these participation rules (referred to hereafter as "the Rules"). If you do not wish to accept these Rules, please do not enter.

1.2. The Participant must be a registered member of X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, or Instagram and should be a follower of the Promoter's (@OPPO) account.

1.3. The Participant must join the Giveaway by following OPPO and sharing their OPPO Odyssey Game result at Level Four (Find Frontier) or above in a screenshot or image under the original Giveaway post on X (formerly Twitter). Alternatively, the Participant must comment under the Giveaway posts on Facebook or Instagram with the correct answer to the question: How many OPPO unique devices were included in the game?

1.4. To qualify for participation in the promotion, you must be over 18 years of age. If under 18 years of age, you must first obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must be a follower of OPPO (@oppo) on either X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, or Instagram.

2.2. This giveaway starts at 10:00 (GMT+8) on September 17th, 2025, and will end at 23:59 (GMT+8 ) on September 24th, 2025.

2.3. Each Participant can only win a maximum of one prize for the giveaway.

2.4. Entry to this promotion is free of charge and is open to all countries. You understand and agree that not all the giveaways can be delivered successfully due to the requirements of applicable laws or logistics problems in your country or region. In such an event, OPPO shall have the right to suspend such giveaways without any legal liabilities.

2.5. The Promoter is not responsible for entries to the promotion that cannot be processed due to any technical or operational reasons. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible.

2.6. The Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.

2.7. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

3.1. There are three OPPO Reno14 Series devices in total as prizes. One OPPO Reno14 Series device will be given to the winner of the contest on each respective platform: X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.

3.2. In cases where a prize cannot be delivered due to causes originating with the winner (including but not limited to failure to provide contact information within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event or submission of incomplete or inaccurate contact information that prevents the organizer from establishing contact) the prize will automatically be considered waived. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any such outcome and will not reissue the prize in such cases. Upon receiving their prize, the winner will be expected to confirm completion of delivery by notifying the distributor directly, except where abnormal circumstances prevent this. OPPO shall not be liable for any accidents or damages suffered by the winner relating to the use or receipt of prizes.

3.3. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, the organizer reserves the right to issue an equivalent prize in its place. Replacement awards may not be exchanged for cash.

3.4. Prize recipients shall bear full responsibility for any personal income taxes incurred with their prizes. The Promoter shall bear full responsibility for any domestic or international shipping charges incurred by the delivery of the prize.

3.5. Once prizes have left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost in transit.

4.1. The Giveaway is open for participation from 10:00 (GMT+8) on September 17th, 2025, and the Participant should respond to the activity rule before 23:59 (GMT+8 ) on September 24th, 2025.

4.2. The winners of the giveaway will not be announced, but will receive a notification message from the Promoter on September 25th, 2025.

4.3. Winners must then provide their full legal name, nominated prize delivery address, email address, and contact phone number via private message to the Promoter within 48 hours by September 27th. If the winner fails to do so or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected by the Promoter.

4.4. Use of a false name or contact information will result in disqualification.

4.5. If the winner(s) fails to redeem his/her prize, this will be deemed a waiver of the prize. OPPO will not be held responsible for rescheduling, replacement, or other liabilities.

5.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed/administered by, or associated with X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, or Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, or Instagram. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments, or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to X (Formerly Twitter), Facebook, or Instagram.

6.1. OPPO reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the above terms and conditions in keeping with standard practices for similar events and transfer of public gallery rights. Please refer to these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of and understand any changes made by OPPO. By continuing to use this site, you accept these terms and conditions as legally binding regardless of any changes occurring herein.

7.1. Personal information collected from each winner will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of delivering their prize. After the delivery is completed, the Promoter will delete all the personal information. The Promoter will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose the personal information of winners with third parties, other than to third parties engaged by the Promoter to fulfil the above purposes.
