OPPO Find X10 Series Early Bird Campaign Terms & Conditions
This campaign is brought to you by Unumplus Limited., with its registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4N 4SA (collectively 'OPPO' or 'we'). By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
PART A --- Early Bird - Deposit Stage:
Period for deposit stage: September 22 14:00:00 BST to October 21 15:50:00 BST.
1.Deposit & Pre-order Mechanism
1) The price of OPPO Find X10 Series (refering to OPPO Find X10 Pro Max and OPPO Find X10) is not displayed during this deposit stage. The final price will be announced following the new product launch.
2) Paying in instalments is not allowed during this deposit stage.
3) Any offers (including coupons, token or other discounts) cannot be applied during this deposit stage.
4) Payment of the GBP 49 deposit allows you to participate in the early-bird event but does not itself form a product sale or pre-order contract, reserve stock or guarantee availability. You may cancel your participation at any time during the deposit stage. If the product becomes unavailable before you pay the remaining balance, we will promptly notify you and cancel your participation. In either case, we will refund your deposit in full via the original payment method within three business days of receiving your cancellation or notifying you of ours，and the bank will return the funds to your account within 1-14 days.
5) Please ensure the remaining balance is paid before 23:00:00 GMT on 27 October 2026. Note: your shipping and billing address cannot be changed after submission.
2.Early Bird Promotional Benefits
Customers who pay the deposit within the campaign period and proceed to complete the final payment will be entitled to the following benefits:

Subject to availability — first come, first served. Initial stock quantities for each option are set out below. Once a gift type is out of stock, it will no longer be selectable.

Stock Notice: Real-time stock availability for each gift option is displayed on the product page. Updates may be delayed due to technical issues, so the displayed stock may not always reflect current availability.
OPPO reserves the right to update stock counts as orders are placed. Stock information is indicative and subject to change.
2) Discount Coupons:
The following coupons could be used in the final payment stage and will be valid from October 21 16:00:00 BST to October 27 23:00:00 GMT. This coupon is valid for one-time use only and can not be combined with other coupons.

3) Student discount
Eligible early bird customers will receive a 15% discount applicable at the final payment stage. Student discounts are only available on the ‘Student Beans’ platform.
4) Accessory Discounts
The following discounts are available to early bird customers:

PART B --- Final Payment Stage:
Period for final payment stage: October 21 16:00:00 BST to October 27 23:00:00 GMT.
3. Final Payment Terms:
1) The price of OPPO Find X10 \ OPPO Find X10 Pro Max will be displayed at the start of this stage.
2) The GBP 49 deposit paid during the deposit stage serves solely to reserve your opportunity to place an order at the final payment stage. If you choose to place an order in the final payment stage, the deposit will be credited towards the total payment.
3) Please pay the remaining balance before October 27 23:00:00 CET. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order and all associated benefits. The deposit will be refunded to the original payment account within 1-3 business days，and the bank will return the funds to your account within 1-14 days.
4) The GBP 150 coupon for OPPO Find X10 \The GBP 200 coupon for OPPO Find X10 Pro Max will be applied at the final payment stage.
5) Your shipping or billing address cannot be changed at the final payment stage.
6) Shipping methods cannot be changed at the final payment stage.
4.Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.You may also exercise this right before receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify OPPO of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email to the contact details set out in our Terms of Sale). You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, though this is not obligatory.
Upon valid exercise of the right of withdrawal:
• OPPO will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your express choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which OPPO is informed of your decision.
• Any promotional gifts or benefits received must be returned together with the product. If the gift is not returned, OPPO reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value from the refund.
5.Payment method:
1) Payment in instalments and store offers are not allowed during the deposit stage.
2) Paying in instalments and store offers can be applied to make the final payment.
6.Shipping rules:
The shipment of Early bird products may be subject to delay. For estimated shipping time, please refer to the shipping instructions described on the Product Detail page.
7.Invoicing:
Invoices for the deposit and remaining balance will be issued separately.
The deposit invoice can be issued once the deposit has been paid.
The balance invoice will be issued only after you have paid the remaining balance in full and received your order.

8.Cancellation and Refund of Promotions:
If you cancel or withdraw your order, whether before or after the product is dispatched, any associated benefits (including free gifts, coupons, and discounts) will be revoked or returned as applicable. If a free gift has been opened or used and, as a result, cannot be returned, its original retail price, as disclosed at the time of purchase, will be deducted from your refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.Tax Obligations:
To the extent required by applicable law, any taxes (including personal income tax) or other charges relating to promotional benefits shall be borne by the participant. Winners remain responsible for any additional tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize or benefit and are advised to consult an independent tax adviser. Where the laws of any applicable jurisdiction within the European Union or the United Kingdom impose a withholding or reporting obligation on OPPO (e.g. in relation to promotional benefits exceeding a certain value threshold), OPPO will fulfil such obligations in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.
10.General Provisions：
1) OPPO reserves the right to exclude customers who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false or fraudulent information, or attempt to manipulate the order process.
2) OPPO reserves the right to terminate or modify this Campaign early, in particular in cases of force majeure or technical or legal impossibility.

4) If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision approximating its intent.
