OPPO Campus Ambassador Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction

These OPPO Campus Ambassador Programme Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") set out the expectations, commitments, and responsibilities between Unumplus Ltd., 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria St, London EC4N 4SA, United Kingdom ("OPPO UK" or the "Company") and the selected OPPO Campus Ambassador (the "Ambassador") participating in the OPPO Campus Ambassador Programme (the "Programme").

By accepting the offer to participate in the Programme, the Ambassador agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions for the duration of their involvement.

2. Eligibility

To qualify and remain eligible for the Programme, the Ambassador must:

1)     Be a full-time student enrolled at a UK university for the duration of the programme, entering at least their second year as of September 2025.

2)     Be physically present on campus during term time and during key events (e.g., Welcome Week).

3)     Be legally eligible to work in the UK and able to provide evidence upon request.

3. Application Process

To be considered for participation in the OPPO Campus Ambassador Programme, applicants must:

1)     Meet the Eligibility Criteria outlined in Section 2;

2)     Submit a complete application by the specified deadline, including:

●    An up-to-date CV;

●    One creative submission:

-    Option A: A short-form video (e.g., TikTok or Reel) titled "A Day in Our Lives" — showcasing a typical day as a university student; or

-    Option B: A photo carousel titled "Campus Life Through My Lens" — presenting campus life from your perspective;

-    (Optional) Portfolio or social media handles (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube);

3)     Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete one strategic task, to be presented in an interview:

-    Option A: A one-page concept pitch for an on-campus OPPO event (e.g., photo walk, masterclass);

-    Option B: A mock social post (video or image carousel) promoting an OPPO feature tailored to students;

4)     Applications will be reviewed from August 4, 2025, and interviews will begin from August 11, 2025. Final selections will be confirmed by September 5, 2025. The onboarding process will be completed by September 12, 2025.

5)     By submitting an application, candidates confirm that the content is original, and grant OPPO the right to reference or feature submitted materials (with appropriate credit) for recruitment and promotional purposes. Participation in the recruitment process is voluntary and non-compensated.

4. Scope of Work

The Ambassador agrees to:

4.1 Weekly Content Creation

●    Produce 1 piece of content per week, such as a Reel, TikTok, or Instagram carousel, reflecting campus life and highlighting OPPO products or events.

●    Content must align with OPPO brand guidelines and be submitted for review when requested.

4.2 Monthly Offline Events

●    Organize and host 2 offline events per month, including but not limited to photo walks, studio shoots, or themed masterclasses.

●    Ensure proper handling of OPPO devices loaned to students during such activities.

4.3 On-Campus Support

Represent OPPO during campus activations, including but not limited to:

●    Welcome Week booths

●    Society collaboration events

●    Referral code promotion

●    Product demonstrations and student support

5. Time Commitment

Ambassadors are expected to commit approximately 6–10 hours per week during academic term time. Hours should be logged in a timesheet and submitted monthly for approval and payment.

6. Compensation and Incentives

6.1 Financial Incentives

●    Hourly Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on approved timesheets.

●    Performance Bonus: Tiered bonus based on content reach and engagement.

●    Referral Commission: Earnings tied to student purchases using the Ambassador's unique referral code.

6.2 Growth Opportunities

●    Access to OPPO product training and marketing mentorship.

●    Eligibility to join TikTok Creator Rewards and participate in brand campaigns.

●    Potential invitation to commercial shoots, national or global events, and consideration for OPPO graduate roles.

7. Code of Conduct

Ambassadors agree to:

●    Represent OPPO professionally and respectfully, both online and offline.

●    Follow OPPO's brand, content, and confidentiality guidelines.

●    Avoid any actions that may harm OPPO's reputation or student trust.

●    Not engage in partnerships with competing brands during the Programme without OPPO's written approval.

8. Intellectual Property

1)     All original content created as part of the Programme may be shared on the Ambassador's personal platforms, but OPPO reserves the right to use, adapt, repost, or modify content for brand marketing purposes, with appropriate credit.

2)     OPPO owns the rights to content created using company devices, resources, or during official events, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Device Usage & Loan Terms

If provided with OPPO devices (for personal use or event purposes), the Ambassador must:

1)     Keep devices in good condition.

2)     Ensure safe handling during student activities.

3)     Return all equipment upon Programme completion or upon request.

4)     Ambassadors must obtain written consent from OPPO before lending devices to any individual, including fellow students. Any unauthorised use, mishandling, loss, or damage may result in the ambassador being held liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

5)     Be liable for any damage or loss caused due to negligence.

10. Confidentiality

Ambassadors may be privy to confidential information, including unreleased product details or campaign strategies. Such information must not be shared externally without OPPO's prior written consent.

11. Term & Termination

1)     The Programme is expected to run from September 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, unless otherwise agreed.

2)     OPPO reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador's participation at any time for:

●    Breach of these Terms

●    Inactivity or non-performance

●    Failure to demonstrate sufficient brand and product knowledge, potentially assessed through testing following training

●    Misconduct or reputational risk

3)     Ambassadors may voluntarily withdraw with four weeks' notice, subject to a final review and return of any loaned equipment.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

1)     The entity responsible for the processing of your personal data is Unumplus Ltd. ("OPPO UK" or the "Company"), with its registered office at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4N 4SA, United Kingdom.

2)     In accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by applying to and/or participating in the OPPO Campus Ambassador Programme (the "Programme"), you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by OPPO UK. This includes your name, contact details, CV, submitted creative content, social media handles, and any materials provided during the application and Programme period.

3)     The purpose of data processing is to:

●    Manage the recruitment and selection process;

●    Evaluate applicants' suitability based on submitted materials;

●    Communicate with selected ambassadors;

●    Administer event logistics, payments, and related operational support;

●    Promote the Programme through content created by ambassadors (with appropriate credit where applicable);

●    Facilitate post-programme follow-up including alumni engagement or career development opportunities.

4)     Selected ambassadors' personal data may be retained for up to 12 months after Programme completion to support internal reporting, content archiving, and potential future engagement, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable laws.

5)     All participants have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, or to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to automated decision-making.

6)     Without prejudice to any other administrative or legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Supervisory Authority (e.g., the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data protection authority) if you believe your data has not been processed in compliance with applicable regulations.

7)     By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection clause and OPPO's full Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.oppo.com/uk/privacy/.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement arising from these Terms, both parties agree to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, OPPO retains final decision-making authority.

14. Agreement & Acknowledgement

By participating in the OPPO Campus Ambassador Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above Terms & Conditions.
