Terms and Conditions of Promo

  1. Taxes, including the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding ₱10,000, and all other expenses related to the prizes shall be shouldered by Millenial Zeal Technology Corporation (OPPO Philippines).
  2. Prizes are not convertible to cash, not transferable, and not for resale.
  3. Each participating My OPPO user who purchases a qualified OPPO Reno15 F 5G or OPPO Reno15 5G order can claim the benefits only once per eligible purchase.
  4. All concerns related to product defects, repairs, or warranty claims shall be covered by OPPO’s standard warranty policy. 
  5. The organizer shall not be liable for any delays in delivery, system interruptions, payment failures, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including those caused by third-party logistics providers. In such cases, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to assist but shall not be responsible for resulting damages or losses.
  6. The organizer shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill any promo obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, power outages, pandemics, or other events that are beyond the organizer’s control.
  7. By participating in this promotion, the customer consents to the collection and processing of personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Customer information will be used solely for transaction verification, delivery, and fulfillment of promo benefits. Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for logistics and insurance processing.
  8. In the event that freebie stocks are depleted, the organizer is not obligated to provide an alternative item.

Limitations & Conditions

  1. Only purchases from the OPPO Official Online Store (oppo.com/ph/store) and My OPPO App are valid; purchases from unauthorized resellers, peer-to-peer markets, or other e-commerce channels are not eligible.
  2. OPPO Philippines reserves the right to verify the authenticity of receipts and reject fraudulent or tampered documents.
  3. Consumer Protection Disclosures 
    1. No purchase manipulation (e.g., splitting invoices) will be allowed.
    2. Promo details (mechanics, duration, eligibility, and limitations) will be published online to ensure full transparency.
    3. The company has the right to refuse redemption in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
