Pre-Order Period: July 24, 2026 – August 6, 2026 (11:59 PM)

Balance Payment Period: August 7, 2026 – August 20, 2026 (11:59 PM)

Pre-Order Type: Blind Sale Pre-Order Reservation + Balance Payment

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of eligible pre-order products through the OPPO Official Online Store Philippines ("Online Store"). By placing a pre-order and paying the PHP1,000 reservation fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 Pre-orders are available only during the official pre-order period specified on the product page.

1.2 Customers must provide complete and accurate personal, billing, and delivery information.

1.3 OPPO reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are suspected to be fraudulent, violate these Terms, or contain inaccurate information.

2. Reservation & Payment

2.1 A non-refundable reservation fee (down payment) of PHP1,000 is required to successfully place a pre-order.

2.2 The reservation fee forms part of the total purchase price and will be applied toward the final purchase price once the balance payment is successfully completed.

2.3 The remaining balance must be paid during the designated Balance Payment Period from August 7, 2026 to August 20, 2026 (11:59 PM Philippine Time). Payments received after the deadline will not be accepted.

2.4 Failure to complete the balance payment within the prescribed period will result in the automatic cancellation of the pre-order.

2.5 The reservation is non-transferable and may only be applied to the specific order under which it was originally placed. It cannot be transferred to another customer, order, product, or future promotion.

2.6 The customer acknowledges that this is a pre-order reservation. Certain product information, including the final retail price, may not yet be available at the time the reservation fee is paid. By placing a reservation, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and understands that the balance payment will only be completed after the final retail price and purchase details have been announced.

3. Balance Payment

3.1 Customers are responsible for monitoring the published Balance Payment Period and ensuring that the balance payment is completed before the deadline. Failure to receive reminder notifications does not extend the payment deadline.

3.2 The balance payment must be completed during the Balance Payment Period from August 7, 2026 to August 20, 2026 (11:59 PM Philippine Time).

3.3 During the Balance Payment Period, once the customer initiates or triggers the balance payment through clicking the "Pay the Balance" button on their account, the customer must complete the payment within two (2) hours. If the balance payment is not successfully completed within the two (2)-hour payment window, the payment session will expire and the pre-order will be automatically cancelled.

3.4 If the pre-order is cancelled due to failure to complete the balance payment within the applicable payment period or the two (2)-hour payment window:

  • the pre-order will be cancelled and cannot be reinstated;
  • the PHP1,000 reservation fee shall be forfeited, is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another order or product;
  • the reserved unit and any associated promotional items or Gifts with Purchase may be released or made available in accordance with the applicable promotional mechanics; and
  • if the customer still wishes to purchase the product after the cancellation, a new order must be placed, subject to product availability and the promotions, pricing, and mechanics applicable at the time of the new order.

4. Product Availability

4.1 Pre-order products are subject to inventory allocation.

4.2 Estimated shipping or release dates are estimates only and may change due to production, logistics, customs clearance, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond OPPO's reasonable control.

4.3 In the event OPPO cannot fulfill a confirmed pre-order due to inventory constraints or other unforeseen circumstances, OPPO will notify the customer and process the appropriate refund of any payments made.

5. Promotional Offers

5.1 Pre-order promotions, Gifts with Purchase, vouchers, discounts, and exclusive offers are subject to the applicable promotional mechanics and eligibility requirements, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Gifts with Purchase cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items.

5.3 Promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

5.4 OPPO reserves the right to substitute promotional items with products of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Order Changes and Cancellation

6.1 Once the reservation fee has been paid, the selected product and any applicable promotional items will be reserved until the end of the Balance Payment Period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

6.2 OPPO may cancel an order due to:

  • suspected fraud;
  • payment failure;
  • pricing or system errors;
  • stock unavailability;
  • violation of these Terms; or
  • circumstances beyond OPPO's reasonable control.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery will commence after full payment has been successfully received and verified.

7.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the product at the delivery address.

7.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment.

8. Inspection upon receipt

8.1 Customers should inspect the package upon delivery and promptly report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items through OPPO Customer Service.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

9.1 Returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims shall be governed by OPPO's Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and applicable Philippine laws.

9.2 The PHP1,000 reservation fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable Philippine law or where OPPO cancels the pre-order under Section 4.3 or Section 6 for reasons not attributable to the customer.

9.3 If a customer fails to complete the balance payment within the Balance Payment Period, the pre-order will be cancelled and the PHP1,000 reservation fee shall be forfeited and will not be refunded.

9.4 Where a refund is applicable under these Terms & Conditions or required by applicable Philippine law, OPPO will process the applicable refund in accordance with its internal refund procedures. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

10. Pricing

10.1 Prices displayed at checkout are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

10.2 In the event of an obvious pricing or system error, OPPO reserves the right to cancel affected orders after notifying the customer and providing a refund of any payment received, consistent with applicable law.

11. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is complete and accurate. OPPO shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or failed communications resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OPPO shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during the pre-order process shall be processed in accordance with OPPO's Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
