Terms & Conditions for ₹99 Privilege Pack

Organizer: OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("OPPO")

1. Definitions

• "Campaign": The promotional activity titled "₹99 Privilege Pack" for Reno15 Series 5G Pre-heat Campaign.
• "Privilege Pack Purchase Period": From Dec. 22nd, 2025, at 12:00:00 IST to the Reno15 Series 5G launch day
• "Event Duration": From Dec. 22nd, 2025, at 12:00:00 IST to the first 30 days after the Reno15 Series 5G launch day.
• "Participant": An eligible OPPO Store (web/app) account holder who purchases the ₹99 Privilege Pack during the Privilege Pack Purchase Period.
• "Coupon Validity Period": From the Reno15 Series 5G launch day to Feb. 28th 23:59:59PM IST, 2026

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate, the Participant must:

• Be a legal resident of India (with billing address in India).
• Have India set as their country in OPPO Store account settings.
• Be aged ≥18 years (valid ID proof required: PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter ID).
• Purchase only one Reno15 Series 5G ₹99 Privilege Pack per OPPO Store account.

3. Privilege Pack Purchase & Limits

• Purchase Limit: 1 Privilege Pack per user/account during the Purchase Period.

4. Privilege Pack Benefits Details

4.1 Eligible for 50% Off OPPO Enco Buds3 Pro Glaze White

• Offer: 1 unit
• Eligible for 50% Off OPPO Enco Buds3 Pro Glaze White bundled with Reno15 series 5G

4.2 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement

• Offer: 1 protection plan.
• Distribution: One 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase. 
• The Plan covers the device only for 180 days. The 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement must be used within 180 days, starting from 0:00 on the handset activation date.

5. Redemption Rules

• Upon successful payment of the ₹99 Privilege Pack, the designated benefits above will be issued directly to the participant's OPPO Store account.
• All benefits require purchase of the Reno15 Series 5G in the same order during the Event Duration.

6. General Terms

• Modification: OPPO Store reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign ​in the event of force majeure, technical failures, or other circumstances that materially affect the fairness or integrity of the Campaign. OPPO Store will endeavor to provide prior notice through official channels where practicable.
• Fraud Prevention: OPPO Store may disqualify participants violating these Terms.
• Privacy & Security: OPPO Store is committed to protecting users' personal information. Our privacy policy (add link) explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. We also implement reasonable technical measures to prevent security vulnerabilities and ensure the proper functioning of the Campaign.
