OPPO Official Exchange Program

FAQ
What is OPPO Exchange Program and how does it work?

The OPPO Exchange program enables users to exchange any used smartphone and get an instant discount at checkout when you purchase a new OPPO smartphone. To exchange your device, you can enter your pin code and go through a few evaluation questions on any of our smartphone purchase page to know how much your used device is worth and get that price deducted from your new phone order. Your device will be collected after a quick evaluation at the delivery of your order.

Is Exchange available in my area?

You can check the availability in your area by entering your PIN code in the exchange section on our smartphone purchase pages.

What should I do before the courier comes to get my old device ready to exchange?

To ensure a smooth trade-in process and save time during the on-site pickup, we recommend the following preparation steps
1. Backup your data:
Before initiating the device exchange, it's crucial to back up important data from your current device. This can be done through cloud storage services, computer backups, or other backup methods. Make sure to securely save your personal data such as photos, contacts, and documents for easy restoration on the new device.
2. Remove SIM and storage cards:
If your old device uses a SIM card or storage card, remove them in advance and keep them safely. This ensures that your personal information and stored content are not accidentally exposed or lost.
3. Ensure your exchange device fully charged and connected to the internet:
The on-site pickup personnel will need to install the Cashify Diagnostic app on your phone to perform certain automated functional diagnostics. Having a charged phone with an internet connection will facilitate the smooth execution of these diagnostic tests.
4. Remove all the locks on the phone:
The screen lock should be removed/disabled(all forms of lock such as pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, etc.)
If your device is an Apple device, in addition to the above steps, it's also important to:
1. Sign out of iCloud, iTunes, and the App Store
2. Disable "Find My iPhone" and ensure there are no security locks:
Ensure that the "Find My iPhone" feature is turned off on the old device. Additionally, make sure there are no security locks, such as passcodes, Touch ID, Face ID, or other security measures that may hinder the assessment and evaluation of the device.

Do I have to include accessories like chargers and cables?
