1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation in this Promotion is voluntary. The Promotion is open to all customers of the Store who purchase the designated Find X10 or Find X10 Pro Max smartphone (“Order”) on the Store during a livestream session and meet the following criteria:

1. Participant should be a legal resident of India;
2. Participant should be atleast 18 years of age or above at the time of participation in the Promotion.
3. Have a valid customer account on the Store (required to place an order);
4. Are not employees, family members of employees or the employees of OPPO affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, or auditors/executing agencies associated with this Promotion;
5. The order must be placed by the participant himself/herself for the designated Find X10 or Find X10 Pro Max smartphone; bulk, business, or resale orders do not qualify;
6. This Promotion shall not be applicable in Tamil Nadu and in any other State, Union Territory or other jurisdiction where such Promotion is prohibited or restricted under applicable laws of India.

1.2 Each participant may submit one (1) participation per livestream session, corresponding to one (1) order of the designated Find X10 or Find X10 Pro Max smartphone placed during that session. Multiple qualifying orders by the same participant in the same session will be treated as a single participation.

1.3 Orders must be genuine and must be placed during the livestream session. Any fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or bot-generated order will result in immediate disqualification.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion runs during each livestream session on the Store. The scheduled sessions are as follows: 22 October 2026 (product launch livestream, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST), 23 October 2026 (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM IST), 27 October 2026 (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM IST) and 29 October 2026 (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM IST). Each session is approximately two (2) hours in duration, except the product launch livestream which will run for approximately three (3) hours., in accordance with Clause 2.3. The Promotion is available only through the Store; purchases from any other channel do not qualify.

2.2 To be eligible, the participant must (i) place an order of the designated Find X10 or Find X10 Pro Max smartphone on the Store during the livestream session, and (ii) comment the last five (5) digits of the order ID in the livestream chat before the session ends.

2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Promotion dates or schedule with prior notice through official channels. Participants are advised to check updates on OPPO India’s official livestream and social media channels.

2.4 Comment validity: Only the first comment posted by a participant in a session that contains the correct last five (5) digits of that participant's own order ID will be treated as a valid participation. A comment containing incorrect digits, or a comment posted after the session ends, will not be valid. In the event of a technical delay or failure in the display of a comment in the livestream chat, the timestamp recorded by the livestream platform (as referred to in Clause 5.1.1) shall prevail for ranking purposes.

3. How to Participate

3.1 Step 1 Purchase the designated Find X10 or Find X10 Pro Max smartphone on the Store during the livestream session.

• Step 2 – Return to the livestream chat and comment the last five (5) digits of your order ID to participate. (The last five (5) digits are used to identify the participation in the livestream chat; the full order ID will be used by Organisers for verification.)
• Step 3 – After the session ends, the Organizer will verify the orders and notify the verified results within 24 hours through the official channels. Winners will additionally be contacted directly by OPPO customer service via call or direct message on the contact details associated with their order, in accordance with Clause 5.3.2.

4. Participation Requirements & Order Validity

4.2 Each participant is limited to one (1) qualifying participation per session. Bulk purchases, business/resale purchases, and orders that do not match the designated Find X10 or Find X10 Pro Max smartphone are invalid.

4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant at any stage, including after announcement of results, if any fraudulent, suspicious, or non-genuine activity (including use of bots or artificial engagement) is detected.

4.4 Participants are responsible for their comments in the livestream chat. Comments shall not contain any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, violent, pornographic, infringing on third-party rights, or violating public order and good customs.

4.5 If the Organizer faces legal claims, lawsuits, fines, or other losses (including but not limited to legal fees, compensation payments, and reputation damage) directly arising from a participant’s unlawful comments or infringement of third-party rights or other legitimate rights, the participant shall be fully liable for such losses to the extent attributable to the participant’s acts or omissions and as determined in accordance with applicable law.. The Organizer reserves the right to recover all losses incurred, including but not limited to the prizes awarded, legal costs, and compensation paid to third parties.

5. Evaluation & Rewards

5.1 Ranking & Verification Criteria

5.1.1 Participants will be ranked by the time their comment (last 5 digits of order ID) is posted in the livestream chat, on a first-come, first-served basis. The ranking is subject to verification that the corresponding order is a genuine, successfully placed and paid order of the designated Find X10 or Find X10 Pro Max smartphone placed during the session. The timestamp recorded by the livestream platform shall be used to determine comment order and decide the rank of the Winners, subject to the Organizer’s verification of available records in the event of a technical discrepancy.

5.1.2To be eligible for the Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit, the order must be placed during the livestream session and the comment must be posted before the session ends. Orders that are unpaid, cancelled, or refunded at the time of verification are invalid and will not occupy a prize slot.

5.2 Prizes

5.2.1 The Promotion offers up to twenty (20) Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit prizes in total across all sessions. The Organizer may allocate the number of prizes for each live-screening session at its sole discretion based on participation; any prizes not awarded in an earlier session may be carried forward and awarded in a later live-screening session. Winners who purchase the Find X10 will receive the OPPO Find X10 Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit, and Winners who purchase the Find X10 Pro Max will receive the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit (or, where applicable, the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit Silver Exclusive Version, matching the version of the Find X10 Pro Max ordered).

5.2.2 Prizes per session:

• Top Winners: one (1) Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit redemption voucher each, corresponding to the model of the Order.
• Consolation Prizes: All other eligible participants who place a qualifying order: one (1) OPPO Magnetic Charger 2 AIRVOOC 50W each, subject to availability; on first come, first served basis.

5.2.3 Total prizes are subject to the number of active livestream sessions. The Organizer reserves the right to replace any prize component with an equivalent product of similar value due to unavailability or other reasons.

5.3 Winner Announcement & Prize Delivery

5.3.1 The host will announce the number of Top Winners for the session and the provisional winning list (by comment order) approximately 2 minutes before the livestream session ends.  If any announced winner’s order is found invalid, unpaid, or cancelled, the next eligible participant in comment order will take the slot. The verified final list will be communicated within 24 hours after the session ends via direct notification / official announcement. The provisional announcement shall not constitute final confirmation of a prize entitlement.

5.3.2 Winners will be proactively contacted by OPPO customer service via the contact details associated with their order to assist with redemption. Winners may be required to provide order-related or identity verification documents within the period specified by the Organiser. Prizes are issued only after order verification. The announcement made by the host before the session ends shall be evidenced by the recorded livestream footage / screenshot records maintained by the Organizer.

5.3.3 The Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit prize, matching the model of the Order, is delivered as a redemption voucher credited to the winner’s Store account within 48 hours after the Order is delivered to and acknowledged by the Winner; the winner may view the voucher under “My Account – Vouchers/Benefits”. The voucher becomes redeemable from the 7th day after delivery (after the applicable return period lapses); before that date the voucher is visible but not redeemable. In case of consolation prizes, the OPPO Magnetic Charger 2 AIRVOOC 50W will be shipped with the order. All prizes will be delivered on a best-efforts basis. The Organizer does not commit to any fixed delivery date.

5.3.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other products, and cannot be resold.

5.3.5 If an order is cancelled or refunded, the corresponding prize will not be issued. If a prize has already been issued, but the Winner decides to return the Order, the market value of the Prize may be deducted from the refund amount.

5.3.6 The winning list (last 5 digits of order IDs) will be published on OPPO India’s official channels and/or notified to each winner by direct message. The Organizer shall maintain records of the livestream announcement and prize dispatch for transparency. A direct message notification to a winner shall be deemed sufficient notice of the result.

5.3.7 By participating, the Participant agrees that the Organizer may display the participant’s username and the last 5 digits of the order ID for the purpose of announcing winners and ensuring transparency of the Promotion, without any requirement of further approval, consent, or compensation.

6. Selection of Winners

6.1 Winners are selected by the Organizer based on the ranking and verification criteria set out in Section 5. The Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding on all Participants. No correspondence or appeals regarding the results will be entertained, except where necessary to address a genuine verification error or a complaint required to be handled under applicable law.

6.2 The Organizer’s selection of winners does not constitute a warranty of the order’s validity or compliance, and the ultimate responsibility for the order’s compliance rests with the participant.

6.3 Disqualification due to Ineligibility or Failure to Provide Required Documents: Notwithstanding the announcement of any Winner, if the Organizer discovers at any stage (including after the winner announcement or during the prize verification process) that a Participant or Winner does not meet the Eligibility criteria set out in Section 1 of these Terms, or has breached any provision of these Terms, or the Winner fails to provide the required verification documents within the specified period notified to the Winner, the Organizer reserves the right to immediately cancel their winner status and forfeit their right to the Prize without any liability or compensation. In such an event, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, select the next eligible participant as the winner or choose not to award the prize for that session.

7. Data Privacy

7.1 By participating in this Promotion, the participant hereby unequivocally and irrevocably grants the Organizer their free consent and the right to collect, store, process, use, share, transfer, and publish the personal data (including order details, comments, contact information, etc.) provided by the participant on any medium and mode and in the manner as may be desired by the Organizer to the extent necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility and orders, communicate results, deliver prizes in accordance with the data privacy notice of OPPO available at https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/ and the applicable laws.

7.2 All the personal information, order details and comments collected by the Organizers from the Participants shall be processed only for purposes with regards to this Promotion, as detailed above. The Participants hereby agree that they are providing their personal information and documents to the Organizers out of their own will, and they shall have no claims against the Organizers or anyone associated with the Organizer for using their personal information, order details and comments for any purpose connected with the Promotion or in the manner prescribed under OPPO’s data privacy policy mentioned herein above. The Organizer shall take reasonable measures to protect personal data, however  the Participants absolve the Organizer, and anyone associated with the Organizer in case any personal information and documents of the Participants are misused by any third party whose actions cannot be effectively controlled by the Organizers.

7.3 Participants may exercise applicable rights in relation to their personal data, including withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, by contacting the OPPO customer care at the toll free number 1800 103 2777 (9:00 am – 7:00 pm). Withdrawal of consent, prior to the delivery of prizes may prevent the Organizer from completing participation verification or delivering a prize where the relevant processing is necessary for those purposes; in such circumstances, the participant may be unable to continue participating in the Promotion or claim a prize. Any such consequence shall be limited to what is necessary to be retained under applicable law. Personal data collected for the Promotion will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the Promotion, including verification, prize delivery and resolution of any disputes or legal obligations, and in any event no longer than six (6) months after the conclusion of the Promotion, unless a longer retention period is required under applicable law.

7.4 The Participants hereby, unequivocally, and irrevocably accept all the Data Privacy clauses/terms as explicitly mentioned at https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/.

8. General Provisions

8.1 The Organizer shall not be liable for any technical failures, network issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent participants from submitting entries or affect engagement volume statistics.

8.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or withdraw the Promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice. Participants shall not hold the Organizer liable for any losses arising therefrom. This Promotion is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, lockdown, pandemic, government orders, political unrests, technical snags, act of God, or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer (the "Force Majeure Event"). The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect which may be caused to this Promotion and its Participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

8.3 Participants shall bear all costs and expenses incurred in participating in the Promotion (included but not limited to internet fees, device usage fees) and claiming prizes. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any such costs.

8.4 The Organizer shall comply with the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961, including deducting Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) from prizes as prescribed by law. Winners shall cooperate with the Organizer in completing relevant tax formalities.

8.5 By participating, the Participant grants the Organizer the right to use their name, username, and order ID (last 5 digits) for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes related to this Promotion, without any additional compensation or approval.

8.6 This Promotion is conducted solely on the OPPO India Store and OPPO’s official livestream channels. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party social media or e-commerce platform, except to the extent a platform provides the technical services through which the livestream is hosted or accessed. The Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any issues arising from or attributable to the Store’s livestream platform, including but not limited to outages, technical glitches, or discrepancies in livestream data.

8.7 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram (Haryana), India.

8.8 By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to participate in any promotional, marketing, or publicity activities related to the Promotion, as may be reasonably requested by the Organizer, including but not limited to interviews, photoshoots, video recordings, and social media promotions, without any additional compensation. In the event a Participant or Winner refuses or fails to provide such consent or participate in such activities, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify such Participant or Winner and/or forfeit the prize at its sole discretion.
