1. Campaign Details:
   Campaign Name: Get Coupons with Your Points
   Purchase Platform: OPPO Store App / My OPPO App and the Official Website (https://www.oppo.com/in/)
   Campaign Period: 2026/08/6, 00:00 AM to 2026/08/31 23:59 PM (IST) (“Campaign Period”).
   OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("OPPO India", "OPPO", "we", "our" or "us") reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or withdraw this Campaign at any time in accordance with applicable law.
   
   
2. Campaign Overview：
   Users with valid OPPO accounts and sufficient Store points balance may redeem their accumulated points for exclusive store coupons during the Campaign Period.Each redeemed coupon may be used only for the eligible products specified in these Terms and Conditions and shall remain subject to the applicable redemption requirements, usage restrictions and validity period.
   Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
   
   
3. Definitions：
   · Campaign:
   “Campaign” means the Get Coupons with Your Points scheme conducted by us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
   · Participation Channel:
   The Campaign is available through OPPO India Official Store, OPPO India Store App and My OPPO APP. Users may complete account login or registration via any of the above entrances to participate in the Points Redemption Campaign.
   · Points:
   "Points" mean reward points issued by OPPO India under its membership programme.Points are redeemable only on the Store. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn, transferred, sold, or used across different brands.
   · Points-Redeemed Coupon:
   It is the Store coupon(s) generated after successful redemption of the required number of account points by the User. Such coupons are only valid for eligible products specified in these terms, subject to applicable validity period. (Please refer to Clause 4 for detailed rules).
   
   
4.  Coupon Redemption
   Each eligible account may redeem up to three (3) coupons during the Campaign Period. Unless otherwise specified:
   (a) each coupon may be used only once;
   (b) each coupon is valid only for the designated product(s);
   (c) only one coupon may be applied to a single order;
   (d) coupons cannot be combined with any other Store coupon, promotional discount or offer unless expressly stated by OPPO India;
   (e) coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit;
   (f) coupons shall automatically expire at 23:59:59 IST on 31 August 2026, after which they shall become invalid and shall not be extended, replaced or reissued.
   Coupon redemption shall be available on a first-come-first-served basis and shall remain subject to availability. OPPO India reserves the right to discontinue redemption of any coupon once the allocated campaign quota has been exhausted.

6. Order Cancellation and Returns
   · Where an order placed using a Points-Redemption Coupon is cancelled or returned, the following shall apply after completion of the applicable cancellation, return and and refund process: If the coupon has not expired:
   the coupon will be returned to the user’s coupon wallet, and all points consumed for redemption will be fully credited to the User’s account.
   · If the coupon has expired:
   the coupon shall not be reinstated, and the points consumed for redemption shall not be refunded.
7. Fraudulent Activities
   OPPO India reserves the right to disqualify any participant, cancel or recover any redeemed coupons or Points, and take appropriate action, including suspension of the participant's account, where it reasonably believes that the participant has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or unfair practices, including creation of multiple accounts, misuse of the Campaign or any other activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
8. General Terms & Data Privacy
   (a) Participation in this Campaign is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
   (b) OPPO India reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants, redemption activities and coupon usage, claims and compliance with these terms.
   (c) OPPO India shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption or failure in participation, Points redemption,coupon issuance or coupon usage arising from technical failures, network interruptions, force majeure events or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
   (d) OPPO India reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or withdraw this Campaign or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with applicable law. OPPO India's decision regarding all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding.
   (e) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
   (f) By participating in this Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use and processing of their personal data by OPPO India for the purposes of administering this Campaign, verifying eligibility, issuing coupons and complying with applicable laws. Personal data will be processed in accordance with OPPO India's Privacy Policy available at https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/
