OPPO 6-Month Screen Protection Warranty (“Screen Protection Warranty”)
This Screen Protection Warranty is provided free of charge with the purchase of a Reno15c 5G device. This offer is valid from 12:00 IST on Feb 1, 2026 to 23:59 IST on Feb 15, 2026. This warranty service will automatically take effect within 48 hours after you activate your new Reno15c 5G.To check the binding status, please enter your device's IMEI at the following link.（https://support.oppo.com/in/oppocare/#/）Such warranty shall be effective for a period of 6-Month (“Effective Period”). During the Effective Period, screen of the same type replacement shall be carried out by OPPO Service Center without any charge to the Customer, for any damage to the screen due to accident.
Details for the protection is as follows:
i.
During the Effective Period, screen of the same type replacement shall be carried out by OPPO Service Center, without any charge to the Customer, for any damage to the screen due to accident (“Replacement”). Accidents shall include, but not limited to, accidentally dropping the OPPO Product and/or collision of any nature causing the OPPO Product’s screen to crack or suffer any damage.
ii.
Customer shall be entitled to one (1) time only replacement of screen during the Effective Period.
iii.
This warranty is restricted to screen damage only. Any cost incurred for repairs/replacement of parts, other than screen damage, shall be borne by the Customer.
iv.
In the event of other malfunction occurring and/or damage existing simultaneously during a screen replacement and such malfunction hinders screen replacement under the Screen Protection Warranty by OPPO Service Center, the Customer shall proceed to repair and/or replace such malfunction and damage, at its own cost, prior to OPPO Service Center replacing the damaged screen under the Screen Protection Warranty protection.
