Terms & Conditions for ₹49 Privilege Pack

Organizer: OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("OPPO")

 

1. Definitions

  • "Campaign": The promotional activity titled "₹49 Privilege Pack" for F31 Series 5G Pre Heat Campaign & F29 Pro 5G Ongoing Sale.
  • "Privilege Pack Purchase Period": From September 8th, 2025, at 12:00:00 PM IST to September 17th, 2025, at 12:00:00 PM IST.
  • "Event Duration": From September 8th, 2025, at 12:00:00 PM IST to October 14th, 2025, at 23:59:59 IST (the first month after the launch day).
  • "Participant": An eligible OPPO Store (web/app) account holder who purchases the ₹49 Privilege Pack during the Privilege Pack Purchase Period.
  • "Coupon Validity Period": From September 15th, 2025, at 12:00:00 PM IST to October 14th, 2025, at 23:59:59 IST.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate, the Participant must:

  • Be a legal resident of India (with billing address in India).
  • Have India set as their country in OPPO Store account settings.
  • Be aged ≥18 years (valid ID proof required: PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter ID).
  • Purchase only one ₹49 Privilege Pack per OPPO Store account.

 

3. Privilege Pack Purchase & Limits

  • Purchase Limit: 1 Privilege Pack per user/account during the Purchase Period.
  • Non-Refundable: All Privilege Pack purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

4. Privilege Pack Contents

4.1 OPPO MH137 Type-C Wired Earbuds

  • Offer: 1 unit (random color, ​final color subject to actual shipment availability).
  • Distribution: One OPPO MH137 Type-C Wired Earbuds coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase. 

4.2 ₹500 OFF Exchange Coupon

  • Offer: 1 unit.
  • Distribution: One ₹500 OFF Exchange Coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase.

4.3 1-Year Screen Protection

  • Offer: 1 protection plan.
  • Activation: Automatically bound to IMEI of F31 Series 5G and F29 Pro 5G IMEI within 7 days of receipt.

4.4 50,000 Points

  • Distribution: Points auto-deposit ​within 24h.

 

5. Redemption Rules

  • All benefits require purchase of the F31 Series 5G or F29 Pro 5G in the same order during the event duration.
  • OPPO MH137 Type-C Half-in-ear Wired Earbuds and 1 Year Screen Protection are issued as coupons to Participant's OPPO Store account upon client's payment action.
  • All coupons must be used within the ​Coupon Validity Period.

 

6. General Terms

  • Modification: OPPO Store reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign ​in the event of force majeure, technical failures, or other circumstances that materially affect the fairness or integrity of the Campaign. OPPO Store will endeavor to provide prior notice through official channels where practicable.
  • Fraud Prevention: OPPO Store may disqualify participants violating these Terms.
  • Privacy & Security: OPPO Store is committed to protecting users' personal information. Our privacy policy (add link) explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. We also implement reasonable technical measures to prevent security vulnerabilities and ensure the proper functioning of the Campaign.
