Terms & Conditions for ₹9 Privilege Pack
Organizer: OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("OPPO")
1. Definitions
- "Campaign": The promotional activity titled "₹9 Privilege Pack" for Reno16 Series 5G Pre-heat Campaign.
- "Privilege Pack Purchase Period": From June 21st, 2026, at 12:00:00pm to the Reno16 Series 5G launch date.
- "Event Duration": From June 21st, 2026, at 12:00:00pm to the Reno16 Series 5G on-sale date.
- "Participant": An eligible OPPO Store (web/app) account holder who purchases the ₹9 Privilege Pack during the Privilege Pack Purchase Period.
- "Coupon Validity Period": From Reno16 Series 5G launch date to on-sale date.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To participate, the Participant must:
- Be a legal resident of India (with billing address in India).
- Have India set as their country in OPPO Store account settings.
- Be aged ≥18 years (valid ID proof required: PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter ID).
- Purchase only one Reno16 Series 5G ₹9 Privilege Pack per OPPO Store account.
3. Privilege Pack Purchase & Limits
- Purchase Limit: 1 Privilege Pack per user/account during the Purchase Period.
4. Privilege Pack Benefits Details
4.1 Free OPPO Enco Buds3 Pro Glaze White and OPPO Reno16/Reno16c Magnetic Case
- Offer: 1 coupon
- Distribution: The Enco Buds3 Pro and Reno16/Reno16c Magnetic Case will be issued as a gift coupon. And this coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase.
- Instructions: This gift coupon is only redeemable with the purchase of a Reno16 5G/Reno16c 5G and cannot be used on its own.
4.2 ₹800 Exchange Coupon for OPPO Reno16 Series 5G
- Offer: 1 coupon
- Distribution: This Coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase.
4.3 ₹1000 OFF Coupon for OPPO Pad SE
- Offer: 1 coupon
- Distribution: This Coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase.
- Instructions: The OPPO Pad SE exclusive coupon may only be used for separate purchases of OPPO Pad SE.
5. Redemption Rules
- Upon successful payment of the ₹9 Privilege Pack, the designated benefits above will be issued directly to the participant's OPPO Store account.
- The OPPO Pad SE exclusive coupon may only be used for separate purchases of OPPO Pad SE.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refund Eligibility
- Users may apply for a refund via the order details page if Privilege Pack remain unused. Entitlements that expire unused will be automatically refunded on July 9, 2026. Users who have used any portion of the entitlements are not eligible for a refund.
6.2 Refund Amount and Method
- Full refund of the amount actually paid, returned via the original payment channel.
6.3 Processing Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days upon confirmation of eligibility. Actual receipt time depends on the user's bank.
7. General Terms
- Modification: OPPO Store reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign in the event of force majeure, technical failures, or other circumstances that materially affect the fairness or integrity of the Campaign. OPPO Store will endeavor to provide prior notice through official channels where practicable.
- Fraud Prevention: OPPO Store may disqualify participants violating these Terms.
- Privacy & Security: OPPO Store is committed to protecting users' personal information. Our privacy policy (add link) explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. We also implement reasonable technical measures to prevent security vulnerabilities and ensure the proper functioning of the Campaign.
