OPPO Points Carnival Campaign

Terms and Conditions

 

Organizer:  OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("OPPO")

All prizes obtained from this event shall be used exclusively on OPPO Store, restricted to the purchasing account, and are non-transferable.

 

  1. LIMITED-TIME LOTTERY

Campaign Period: 12:00PM Dec. 22th, 2025  to 00:00 Jan, 8th, 2026 (IST)

Participation Rules​

1) ELIGIBILITY

(a) Open to ​both new and existing OPPO Store users​.

(b) Requires ​valid registration​ on OPPO Store (via app/web).

2) ENTRY MECHANISM​

(a) Each account gets ​1 free draw attempts​ after log in.

​3) PRIZE POOL

(a) 3 types of prizes (check Rules & Prizes for details).  

4) KEY CONDITIONS

(a) All physical prizes will be issued to user accounts in the form of coupons within 24 hours.​

(b) Digital rewards (points) auto-deposit ​within 24 hours.

5) REWARD

The coupons valid until January 30th, 2026(IST). The selected participants will automatically lose their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

6) DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN

  1. a) This is Campaign is named "Limited-time Lottery".
  2. b) Eligible users who meet the above criteria can participate in the Campaign.
  3. c) Participants have a chance to win one prize from the following:

  1. d) By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that OPPO Store may process your login information, including your phone number or email address, only for the purpose of the Campaign. This processing may include contacting you via App pushes, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the Campaign.   2. e) Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically be cancelled their prize.

  1. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Every Prize will be awarded \"AS IS\" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If selected participant rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected participant's prize will be cancelled and  OPPO shall be entitled to select another selected participant.

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, amend the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No benefits greater than those described these T&Cs will be awarded.

 

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the contest are final and binding on you. Failure by  OPPO to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of  OPPO shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

 

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of  OPPO (\"Force Majeure Event\").  OPPO shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

 

  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the Contest, you give  OPPO and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contest to follow.

 OPPO shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oppo.com/in/store/contents/legal/privacy-policy/ that  OPPO and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contest that follow. You agree that  OPPO and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for reasonable purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release  OPPO and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to  OPPO and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the contest and any promotions, events, or contest to follow.

 

  1. LIABILITY RELEASE

OPPO accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the contest or accepting the prize. Please read the terms and conditions mentioned carefully. Non reading or not knowing any of the clauses will not absolve of any liability incurred. In no event shall  OPPO, including its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential losses, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities.

 

  1. THER IMPORTANT NOTES

(a) Each user may only use one account to participate in the event. Any user account that matches the same OPPO account, WhatsApp number, phone number, ID card, or mobile device will be considered the same user. If it is found that the same user has participated in this event using different accounts, OPPO reserves the right to disqualify that user from winning any prizes.

(b) During the event, any user who participates thro ugh fraudulent or malicious means (including but not limited to cheating, malicious exploitation,reputatior 1 manipulation, fake transactions, system disruption, cyberattacks, or any user participating in the event L sing loT cards or unregistered cards, or any users re gistered with numbers identified by platforms or third parties as associated with black-market hoarding. scams, or abnormal phone number segments, etc.) m ay be terminated from the event, and their eligibility to win prizes will be canceled If a prize has already bee n distributed, OPPO reserves the right to reclaim it. If any losses are incurred by OPPO or a third party, OPPO reserves the right to seek compensation from the user.

(c) In the event of force majeure (including but not lin ited to significant disasters, government directives re quiring the halting or adjustment of the event, widesp read cheating during the event, severe cyberattacks, or system failures leading to mass errors in the winning list and inability to continu le the event), OPPO reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this event.

(d) In the case of any dispute regarding winning, the final decision 1will be based on the statistical results from the store's backend.
