Terms & Conditions for K13 Turbo 5G ₹99 Gift Box

 

Organizer: OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("OPPO")

1. Definitions
  • "Campaign": The promotional activity titled "₹99 Gift Box" for K13 Turbo 5G.
  • "Participant": An eligible OPPO Store (web/app) account holder who purchases the ₹99 Gift Box during the Purchase Period.
  • "Event Duration": July 31, 2025, 12:00:00 IST to the first week after the K13 Turbo 5G launch day.
  • "Gift Box Purchase Period": July 31, 2025, 12:00:00 IST to the K13 Turbo 5G launch day.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate, the Participant must:

  • Be a legal resident of India (with billing address in India).
  • Have India set as their country in OPPO Store account settings.
  • Be aged ≥18 years (valid ID proof required: PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter ID).
  • Purchase only one ₹99 Gift Box per OPPO Store account.

3. Gift Box Purchase & Limits
  • Purchase Limit: 1 Gift Box per user/account during the Purchase Period.
  • Non-Refundable: All Gift Box purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

4. Gift Box Contents

4.1 OPPO MH137 Type-C Wired Earbuds

  • Offer: 1 unit (random color).
  • Distribution: One OPPO MH137 Type-C Wired Earbuds coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase. 

4.2 OPPO SUPERVOOC 80W Power Adapter

  • Offer: 1 unit (random color).
  • Distribution: One OPPO SUPERVOOC 80W Power Adapter coupon will be issued within 5 minutes of purchase.

4.3 6-Month Accidental & Liquid Damage Protection

  • Offer: 1 protection plan.
  • Activation: Automatically bound to K13 Turbo 5G’s IMEI within 7 days of receipt.

5. Redemption Rules
  • All gifts require purchase of the K13 Turbo 5G in the same order during the event duration.
  • Gifts above are issued as coupons to Participant's OPPO Store account.

 

6. Alternative Benefit

Participants who buy the ₹99 Gift Box without purchasing the K13 Turbo 5G during the event duration will receive:

  • A ₹99 store-wide coupon (no product restrictions).

 

7. General Terms
  • Modification: OPPO Store reserves the right to amend/suspend/terminate the Campaign without prior notice.
  • Fraud Prevention: OPPO Store may disqualify participants violating these Terms.
