Terms & Conditions for the “Win Your FREE Reno14 5G” Contest


These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the conduct of the contest titled “Win Your FREE Reno14 5G” Contest ("Contest") organized and conducted by OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("Organizer" or “OPPO”) for the promotion of OPPO smartphones.
“Participants” shall mean individuals who participate in the Contest by posting a valid entry using the official hashtag #100ReasonstoReno14 on Instagram between July 7, 2025 and July 22, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Duration”).
“Rewards” shall mean 1 (one) Reno14 5G smartphone unit awarded for each valid entry selected based on the criteria set forth herein, after every 1,000 valid entries received under this Contest, subject to OPPO’s validation and sole discretion. The total number of winners shall depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Event Duration.

1.Entry Process and Eligibility Criteria
i. Access to the Official Review Template:
To participate in the Contest, Participants are required to access the official Reno14 5G Review Template by scanning the QR code made available through the following sources:
a) OPPO demonstration devices placed at retail stores;
b) The My OPPO mobile application; or
c) Tent cards displayed at OPPO-authorized retail outlets.
Upon scanning the QR code, Participants shall be redirected to a designated platform hosting the official template for the Contest.
ii. Submission of Entry:
Each Participant must, using the aforementioned template:
a) Create an original photo based review of the Reno14 5G smartphone;
b) Clearly express their individual preferences or highlights regarding the device;
c) Include a valid image that is relevant to and consistent with the Contest theme; and
d) Publish the completed content as a public post on Instagram (Feed only), incorporating the official hashtag #100ReasonstoReno14.
Note:
Posts from private Instagram accounts or posts published in formats other than Instagram Feed (such as Stories, Reels, etc.) shall be deemed invalid and shall not constitute a valid entry.
iii. Eligibility Conditions:
a) The Contest is open exclusively to natural persons who are residents of India and who have attained the age of 18 years as of the date of participation;
b) Any individual below the age of 18 years shall be considered ineligible and shall be automatically disqualified from participation;
c) Entries that are incomplete, do not include the required hashtag, are not aligned with the official template, or otherwise fail to meet the requirements specified herein may, at the sole discretion of the Organizer, be deemed invalid and disqualified.

2. Participation Rules
i. Participants must access the contest via valid QR codes made available on OPPO platforms included but not limited to OPPO demo phones, tent cards in stores, or through the My OPPO App.
ii. Participants must use the official Reno14 5G template provided after scanning the QR code.
iii. Participants must create and publish a public Instagram post that includes:
  - a review stating what they like about the Reno14 5G
  - a valid image related to the campaign theme
  - the hashtag #100ReasonstoReno14
iv. Each Participant may submit only one entry. Multiple entries may result in disqualification unless expressly allowed by OPPO.
v. Participants are responsible for ensuring the timeliness, correctness, and visibility of their submissions on Instagram.

3. Winner Selection & Prizes
i. For every 1,000 valid entries received during the Event Duration, OPPO will select 1 (one) winning entry.
ii. Selection of winners will be carried out by the OPPO Contest Administration Team based on the overall quality, originality, and relevance of the entry to the contest theme.
iii. Entries that clearly express what the participant likes about the Reno14 5G and creatively align with the hashtag #100ReasonstoReno14 will be given preference.
iv. OPPO’s internal team will evaluate how each entry stands out in terms of presentation, engagement, and theme connection.
v. OPPO’s decision regarding selection, disqualification, and all matters related to this Contest shall be final, binding, and not open to challenge or dispute by any Participant.
vi. The reward for each selected winner shall be 1 (one) Reno14 5G smartphone, issued in the form of a redeemable e-voucher.
vii. The e-voucher shall be redeemable only on the OPPO E-Store and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
viii. The total number of winners depends entirely on the total number of valid entries received.
ix. Participation does not guarantee selection or a reward.
x. OPPO reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel the reward structure without prior notice.
xi. Any Participant found to be submitting fake, misleading, plagiarized, or non-compliant entries may be disqualified without further communication.

4. Redemption Process
i. Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) from OPPO India’s :_ oeclearninghub_________: Instagram account.
ii. Winners must respond to OPPO’s message within 30 days from the date of communication.
iii. To claim the reward, winners must provide the following details:
  a. OPPO ID (to be created if not already existing)
  b. Full name
  c. Registered mobile number
  d. Email address for verification
iv. After verification, the Reno14 5G e-voucher will be credited to the winner’s OPPO account.
v. If the winner fails to respond within the stipulated time or does not comply with the redemption instructions, the reward shall be forfeited.
vi. OPPO’s decision in all matters related to winner selection, eligibility, or redemption shall be final and binding.

5.Taxes:
a) The TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) required to be paid / deposited on the Reward mentioned herein shall be borne by OPPO India. The Participants shall provide all the requisite information for enabling Organizer / OPPO India in making necessary statutory compliance. The participant shall completely indemnify (including but not limited for all its costs, expenses, penalties, interest, etc.), defend and hold harmless OPPO India, its employees, its directors, and shareholders in case of furnishing of incorrect / false information.

b) OPPO India reserves the right to recover all amounts including taxes / duties deposited by it along with all legal and other cost and expenses incurred by OPPO India in case it is found that the Participant has fraudulently benefitted from the contest and / or has provided wrong / incorrect information to the OPPO.


c) The Participants further agree that a refusal or reluctance, explicit or implicit or whether directly or indirectly, to share information (including personal information) for discharging statutory obligations of OPPO in respect of the distribution of prizes shall give an unequivocal right to OPPO India to disqualify the Participant without the Participant having any claim on OPPO India, in any manner, whatsoever.

6. Data Privacy:
a) By participating in this Contest the Participant hereby unequivocally and irrevocably grant the Organizer its free consent and the right to collect, store, process, use, share, transfer, publish the personal data (including images, videos, documents, etc.) provided by the Participant on any medium and mode and in the manner as may be desired by the Organizer in accordance with the data privacy notice of OPPO available at https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/.
b) All the personal information, images and documents collected by the Organizers from the Participants shall also be used by the Organizers for the purposes with regards to this Contest including but not limited to conducting verification (including third party verification), etc. and all such documents and information so collected shall become the property of the Organizer. The Participants hereby agree that they are providing their personal information and documents to the Organizers out of their own will, and they shall have no claims against the Organizers or anyone associated with the Organizer for using their personal information, images and documents for any purpose connected with the Contest or in the manner prescribed under OPPO’ data privacy policy mentioned herein above. Further, the Participants absolve the Organizer, and anyone associated with the Organizer in case any personal information and documents of the Participants are misused by any third party whose actions cannot be effectively controlled by the Organizers.
c) All proprietary rights, including intellectual property rights, in and to the posters/images created and submitted by the Participants as part of this Contest shall vest solely and exclusively with OPPO. By participating in the Contest, the Participants irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in such submissions to OPPO, without any further consideration, and waive rights they may have therein.
d) The Participants agree and accept that they can deny, refuse, or withdraw their consent from sharing any data provided by them, by contacting to the Organizer in writing at 1800 103 2777 or Support.IN@oppo.com. However, in such case if the Participants forfeits its right to participate in the Contest including any winnings and the Organizers, too, reserve the right of disqualifying the Participants/Winners.
e) The Participants hereby, unequivocally, and irrevocably accept all the Data Privacy clauses/terms as explicitly mentioned https://www.oppo.com/in/privacy/.
f) OPPO shall not liable for misuse of Participant data by third parties beyond its control.

7. Confidentiality:
Notification of the ‘Winner’ status must be kept confidential by the Participants who have won and may be contacted/ intimated by the Organizers. The Confidentiality of winning in the Contest shall be maintained by the Participants until the Winners are publicly revealed by the Organizer otherwise OPPO, at its discretion, reserves the right to disqualify the Participants and the Participants reward shall be forfeited and the same shall be final and binding and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

8. General Terms:
a. By participating in this Contest, the Participants unequivocally and irrevocably accept the Terms of the Contest as specified herein or as may be as updated/ amended by the Organizer from time to time.

b. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, WhatsApp, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or group entities, or with any other third-party platform used in connection with this Contest.
c. The Organizers may contact the Participants on their registered number or Email ID as provided by the Participants at the time for the Contest and the Organizers may, as a pre-requisite, ask the Participants to submit documents like proof of ID, Age etc., on such terms as may be required by the Organizers before any of the reward can be released in favour of the winner. Any default in submitting the required documents or submission of illegible, false, or forged documents shall automatically disqualify the winner without any further prior intimation required from the Organizers and the Organizer, unconditionally, shall be at the liberty to forfeit the reward. After such verifications, the winner may be informed about the entire process of redemption of the reward. Organizer assumes no liability or responsibility for (i) any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the personal information including contact details and documents provided by the Participants; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of the Organizer secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information that may be contained therein. (iii)Any deletion of data or interruption or discontinuance of transmission to or from or through the Promotion.
d. The winners shall be selected by OPPO administrators based on the overall quality of the submitted poster, including both the image and the accompanying description. The evaluation shall be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner, and the decision of OPPO in this regard shall be final, binding, and not subject to any correspondence or dispute.
e. Reward shall subject to the verification of the documents of the Participants by the Organizers or any third party appointed by the Organizers and the Participants hereby give their consent to the Organizers for the use of their documents and personal information for the said purposes.
f. It is clarified that in case the Participant become disqualified on account of any Government restriction, winner regulations, norms, policy etc., in such case Winner shall not have any claim against Organizer for the same and shall be deemed to have availed of his/her reward.
g. At the Organizer’s request, winners must participate in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding or connected with the Contest and winning of the reward, and they unequivocally provide their consent to the Organizer for making and/ or using their name, likeness, video, image and/or voice in promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Contest (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organizer.
h. Decisions of Organizer's will be final and binding with regard to the Contest and reward and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
i. Rewards are non-transferable. No cash or any other claim can be made in lieu of reward.
j. Any costs or expenses incurred to participate in the Contest and/or to claim the reward, if any and as applicable shall be solely borne by the Winner and Organizer shall not be liable for any such costs or expenses.
k. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, extend, or withdraw the Contest at its sole and absolute discretion without giving any prior notice. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms from time to time.
l. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the reward winnings. Winners will have to bear incidental costs, if any, that may arise for redemption of the reward.
m. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in this Contest.
n. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, lock down, pandemic, government orders political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer (the “Force Majeure Event”). The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect which may be caused to this Contest and its Participants as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
o. The Participants agree and acknowledge that the Organizer does not provide any warranties or guarantees in respect of merchantability, quality of the goods or services being offered in connection with the gratification nor are the Organizers liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/ availed by the Participants and winners in pursuance of this Contest. The reward is not supported with any warranties or guarantees offered by OPPO.
p. By participating in the Contest, each Participant confirms and waives the applicability of rules and regulations of TRAI pertaining to the National Do Not Call Registry and Unsolicited Commercial Communication pertaining to activities conducted by the Organizer in connection with this Contest and that each Participant agrees to receive engagement messages, calls and alerts including without limitation any updates pertaining to this Contest from and/ or on behalf of the Organizers as they may, in their sole and absolute discretion, decide.
q. All disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Gurugram (Haryana) only.
r. In the event that the Instagram platform becomes unavailable, is suspended, or experiences any disruptions during the Contest Period, OPPO shall not be held responsible, and the Contest may be modified, postponed, or cancelled at the sole discretion of OPPO without any prior notice or liability.

s. Participants shall comply with these terms and conditions and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Organizer and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from this Contest or in redemption of any reward under this Contest.
t. This Contest shall not be applicable to OPPO employees, its affiliates, distributors, partners, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion, in order to ensure a fair and unbiased selection process.
u. This Contest is not applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu or any other State or Territory of India, where Contest is prohibited under law.
