Notify Me & Win Reno14 Series 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the conduct of the draw titled as More Subscribers,  More Rewards Campaign (hereinafter "Campaign" ) organized, conducted, and brought to the Participant(s) by OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("Organizer" or “OPPO”) for the promotion of OPPO – Products.

"Participant/s” or “User/s” shall mean OPPO Store (web & app) account user who subscirbes and then becomes eligible to get assured prize  (as mentioned hereinbelow) between June 19th, 2025, 12:00:00 to the pre-order day of Reno14 series, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Duration”).

Rules：

1. Every user has 1 chance to participate. After you get 'Notified', you will be the participant of the 'Notify Me' & Win Reno14 Series.

2. You can participate in the Campaign from 12:00 PM IST, June 19th to the pre-order day of Reno14 Series, 2025 (inclusive).

3. There are 4 milestones for 'Notify me' users (20K, 50K, 100K and 300K). When each milestone is hit, a different prize list will get unlocked and a new round of the Campaign will start for all Subscribers by the time. That is to say, users who hit 'Notify me' earlier tend to have more chances to join the Campaign.

4.  Participants who click on "Notify me" during the 'Notify Me' & Win Reno14 Series period have a chance to win one prize from the following:

- 1st milestone (the number of 'Notify me' users reaches 20K)：1*OPPO Enco Air2 Pro. Total two winners will each receive one prize.

- 2nd milestone (the number of 'Notify me' users reaches 50K):  1*OPPO New Pad. Total one winner will receive one prize.

- 3rd milestone (the number of 'Notify me' users reaches 100K): 1* OPPO Reno14 5G. Total one winner will receive one prize.

- 4th milestone (the number of 'Notify me' users reaches 300K): 1 * OPPO Reno14 Pro 5G. Total one winner will receive one prize.

5. After each Notify me milestone is reached, winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants during the Campaign period. Winners will be displayed in the 'Winners' section in the event page.

6. The prizes will be issued as Free Coupons to the winners' OPPO Store accounts directly after winners are selected and can be seen in the Coupons section. Check on Gift coupons: https://www.oppo.com/in/store/customer/coupons.

 

Terms and Conditions

The Campaign is live from 12:00 PM IST, June 19th to pre-order day of Reno14 serires, 2025 (inclusive), in the Indian region.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Campaign:

(a) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;

(b) You have a billing address within the territory of India;

(c) Should have registered on OPPO Store;

(d) Participant should have set India as Participant current country in Participant account settings on https://www.oppo.com/in/store or OPPO Store App;

(e) Participant must have a billing address within the territory of India; 

(f) Participant should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign; and Participant should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. 

(g) To join the Campaign, participants must Notify me on https://www.oppo.com/in/store/events/reno14-launch within the said timeframe.

(h) Only one OPPO Store account per person will be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

 

DETAILS OF THE Campaign:

a) This is Campaign is named 'Notify Me' & Win Reno14 Series .

b) Eligible users who meet the above criteria can participate in the Campaign.

c) Participants who click on "Notify Me" during the 'Notify Me' & Win Reno14 Series period have a chance to win prize from the following:

2 * OPPO Enco Air2 Pro, 1 * new OPPO Pad, 1 * OPPO Reno14 5G, 1 * OPPO Reno14 Pro 5G .

d) By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that OPPO Store may process your login information, including your phone number or email address, only for the purpose of the Campaign. This processing may include contacting you via App pushes, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the Campaign. e) Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically be cancelled their prize.

 

REWARD

  1. On winning, a free coupon would be sent to the winners' OPPO Store Account directly and can be seen in the "Coupons and Gift Codes" section. Each coupon can only be used once.
  2. Each of the five (5) winners will receive a redemption code for 2 * OPPO Enco Air2 Pro, 1 * new OPPO Pad, 1 * OPPO Reno14 5G, 1 * OPPO Reno14 Pro 5G.
  3. The code for OPPO Enco Air2 Pro, OPPO Reno14 5G, and OPPO Reno14 Pro 5G expires July 31st 23:59:59. The code for new OPPO Pad is Available within 30 days after launch. Please stay tuned! The selected participants will automatically lose their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. Every Prize will be awarded \"AS IS\" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If selected participant rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected participant's prize will be cancelled and OPPO Store shall be entitled to select another selected participant.
  2. We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, amend the T&Cs or cancel the Campaign at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Campaign should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Campaign or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Campaign. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No benefits greater than those described these T&Cs will be awarded.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

  1. The Campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the Campaign are final and binding on you. Failure by OPPO Store to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of OPPO Store shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

  1. This Campaign is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of OPPO Store (\"Force Majeure Event\"). OPPO Store shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Campaign including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

 

PUBLICITY RELEASE

  1. By accepting the Campaign, you give OPPO Store and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Campaign and any promotions, events, or Campaign to follow.
  2. OPPO Store shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oppo.com/in/store/contents/legal/privacy-policy/ that OPPO Store and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or Campaign that follow. You agree that OPPO Store and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for reasonable purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release OPPO Store and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to OPPO Store and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Campaign and any promotions, events, or Campaign to follow.

 

LIABILITY RELEASE

  1. OPPO Store accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Campaign or accepting the prize. Please read the terms and conditions mentioned carefully. Non reading or not knowing any of the clauses will not absolve of any liability incurred. In no event shall OPPO Store, including its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential losses, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities.
