All prizes obtained from this event shall be used exclusively on OPPO Store, restricted to the purchasing account, and are non-transferable.
1. NOTIFY ME AND WIN A OPPO SELECTED NEW PHONE
Campaign Period: June 21st 12:00PM to launch date, 2026
Participation Rules
1) ELIGIBILITY
(a) Open to both new and existing OPPO Store users.
(b) Requires valid registration on OPPO Store (via app/web).
2) ENTRY MECHANISM
(a) Users must complete Notify Me to campaign notifications.
(b) Each account is entitled to one entry. By clicking 'Notify Me', you are automatically entered into the "Notify Me & Win a OPPO Selected New Phone" Campaign.
3) MILESTONE SYSTEM
(a) 3 participation milestones (30K, 60K and 80K) are established for the 'Notify Me' campaign. Each time a milestone is reached, a new tier of prizes will be unlocked.
(b) A new contest round starts for all current 'Notify me' subscribers. (Early "Notify Me" subscribers get more participation chances to win.)
4) PRIZE STRUCTURE
Eligible participants in the 'Notify Me' campaign shall have the opportunity to win prizes as outlined below.
Each prize tier shall be activated and made available for drawing upon reaching its corresponding designated milestone:
- 30K 'Notify me' users : OPPO Enco Buds3 Pro+ Sonic Blue * 5 Units (Total)
- 60K 'Notify me' users : OPPO Pad 5 8+128GB Starlight Black *1 Unit (Total)
- 80K 'Notify me' users : OPPO Selected New Phone * 1 Unit (Total)
5) WINNER SELECTION
After each milestone:
(a) Random draw from eligible participants
(b) Winners displayed in event page's 'Winners' section
6) PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
Prizes will be:

2) ENTRY MECHANISM
(a) Users must complete Notify Me to campaign notifications.
(b) Each account gets 1 free draw attempts after Notify Me.
3) PRIZE POOL
(a) 8 types of prizes (check Rules & Prizes for details).
4) KEY CONDITIONS
(a) All physical prizes will be issued to user accounts in the form of coupons within 24 hours.
(b) Digital rewards (points) auto-deposit within 24 hours.
5) REWARD
The coupons can only be used after the pre-order starts and will be valid until July 9th, 2026(IST). The selected participants will automatically lose their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.

d) By participating in this Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that OPPO Store may process your login information, including your phone number or email address, only for the purpose of the Campaign. This processing may include contacting you via App pushes, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the Campaign. e) Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically be cancelled their prize.

4. INVITE TO EARN MORE
Participation Rules
1) ELIGIBILITY
(a) Open to both new and existing OPPO Store users.
(b) Requires valid registration on OPPO Store (via app/web).
(c) Participation in the "Notify Me to Win" is required to share.
2) ENTRY MECHANISM
(a) Users must complete Notify Me to campaign notifications.
(b) Share the activity page or subscription link to your network.
(c) When a referred user completes their subscription, it counts towards your milestone. The more people you refer, the higher the reward tier you unlock.
3) MILESTONE REWARDS
- Tier 1: Refer 3 new subscribers to earn 1,000 Points.
- Tier 2: Refer 5 new subscribers to earn an additional 1,500 Points.
- Tier 3: Refer 10 new subscribers to earn an additional 3,000 Points.
4) KEY CONDITIONS
(a) Accumulation: Subscribers are cumulative. You do not need to reach each milestone in a single session; progress carries over until the campaign ends.
(b) Reward Issuance: Digital rewards (points) will auto-deposit within 24 hours once the milestone is reached.
5. DAILY CHECK-IN
1) How to Earn Points
Users must log in to their registered account and click the "Check-in" button on the activity page to claim the daily reward.
2) Reward Details
Each successful check-in grants 500 Points to the user's account balance within 24 hours.
3) Activity Period
The check-in cycle follows the standard 24-hour calendar day (00:00 – 23:59 UTC+8). Users may only check in once per calendar day.
4) Eligibility
This offer is valid for all active registered users. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS
Every Prize will be awarded \"AS IS\" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If selected participant rejects the prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected participant's prize will be cancelled and OPPO shall be entitled to select another selected participant.
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, amend the T&Cs or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest or submission of entries. We are not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the contest. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or website or mobile application; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No benefits greater than those described these T&Cs will be awarded.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all our decisions related to the contest are final and binding on you. Failure by OPPO to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. The decision of OPPO shall at all times be binding and final. These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of OPPO (\"Force Majeure Event\"). OPPO shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
9. PRIVACY AND PROMOTIONAL USE
By participating in the Contest, Participants acknowledge that OPPO and/or its affiliates may collect, use, store and process their personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign(s), verifying eligibility, contacting Participants, distributing prizes and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, in accordance with OPPO's Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oppo.com/in/store/contents/legal/privacy-policy/ .
Participants may be contacted by OPPO through app notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email or telephone in connection with the administration of the Contest. Where required for the administration of the Contest, OPPO may publish or display the name, username, city and/or other limited winner-identification details of selected winners on the OPPO Store, Campaign page or other official OPPO communication channels. By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to such publication for the purpose of announcing and verifying winners.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OPPO shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, liability, injury or disappointment suffered by any Participant arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any Prize, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OPPO, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with the Contest.
11. PRIVACY AND PROMOTIONAL USE
MISCELLANEOUS
(a) Each Participant may use only one OPPO Store account to participate in the Campaign. Multiple accounts linked to the same OPPO account, mobile number, WhatsApp number, identity document, device or other identifier may be treated as a single Participant. OPPO reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be using multiple accounts to participate in the Campaign.
(b) OPPO reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and cancel or withdraw any Prize or reward where participation is found to involve fraud, cheating, fake transactions, automated activity, system manipulation, cyberattacks, misuse of the Campaign mechanics, use of invalid or unregistered numbers, creation of multiple accounts, or any other activity that is unlawful or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Campaign. Where a Prize has already been distributed, OPPO reserves the right to revoke such Prize and, to the extent permitted by law, seek recovery of any losses suffered by OPPO as a result of such conduct. (d) In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, participation, rewards, winner selection or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, OPPO's decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.
