Price Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

Our ​Price Promise Guarantee​ ensures that if you purchase OPPO Find X9 Series (Find X9 Pro, Find X9) directly from our online official OPPO Store and then find the same model available at a lower price from designated authorized online retailers, you may be eligible to claim a price difference refund compensation. We reserve the right to compensate the price difference on a case-by-case basis, as detailed in the specific terms below.

This Price Promise Guarantee is exclusively valid for purchases from official OPPO brand stores on Amazon.in and Flipkart.com in India. Non-official stores on these platforms and offline stores are excluded.

 

​Price Match Period​

This Price Promise Guarantee is valid for 7 days starting from the date of your purchase on our online official OPPO Store (https://www.oppo.com/in/store).

​Eligible Lower Price​

The lower price must be the final, all-inclusive price (including all taxes) from an designated authorized online retailer.

Eligible price differences are limited to those resulting exclusively from the following promotional types:

  • Bank Instant Discounts (Only from SBI、HDFC、ICICI、Axis Bank, other banks are excluded.)
  • Coupons

Price adjustments are subject to our policy terms and may not cover 100% of the price difference. Any other forms of discounts or promotions are not eligible for price matching.

 

Price Difference Refund Compensation

In no event will the total compensation exceed the following amounts:

Find X9 (12GB+256GB): 1,000

• Find X9 (16GB+512GB) & Find X9 Pro: 3,000

 

Any approved price difference refund compensation will be issued in the form of a store coupon.

2. Eligibility Criteria for a Lower Price​

To qualify for a refund, the lower price you find must meet the following conditions:

  • Identical Product: The product must be exactly the same model, color, and storage capacity. It must be a new, unused device in its original sealed packaging. Refurbished, open-box, pre-owned, or "like-new" items are not eligible.
  • In Stock: The product must be in stock and available for public purchase at the time of claim verification.
  • Eligible Price Types: The lower price must be a standard retail price. Prices from flash sales, lightning deals, bundle offers, clearance sales, or any other promotional types are not eligible..
3. How to Claim Your Refund​

Follow these steps to submit a claim:

  1. Purchase & Discover: Complete your purchase from our official online OPPO Store (https://www.oppo.com/in/store). If you find a lower price that meets all eligibility criteria above, proceed to a price difference refund compensation.
  2. Submit Claim: Fill out the price promise guarantee claim form on online official OPPO Store's "Support" section or by contacting customer service via email within ​the Price Match Period​. You are required to provide a screen recording clearly showing:
    1. Your ​order number​ from our OPPO Store.
    2. The ​URL (web link)​​ to the lower-priced product listing and the date/time.
    3. The model name, color, and storage capacity, along with stock availability
    4. The deducted amount from Bank Instant Discounts
    5. The deducted amount from Coupons
    6. Final payment price
  3. Verification & Refund: Our customer service team will review your claim and verify the details. This process may take up to 5 business days. Once approved, the price difference will be refunded as a coupon to your account https://www.oppo.com/in/store/customer/coupons within 15 business days.
4. Important Exclusions​

Please note that this Price Promise Guarantee​ does not apply in the following situations:

  • Prices on auction websites or peer-to-peer marketplaces.
  • Prices from websites that require a membership/login to access.
  • Prices that include additional discounts from loyalty programs, special coupon codes, or trade-in promotions.
  • Any pricing error that is clearly mistaken and is publicly corrected by the retailer.
