Terms and Coanditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the conduct of the draw titled as OPPO Reno14 Series Pre-valuation Campaign (hereinafter "Campaign" ) organized, conducted, and brought to the Participant(s) by OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited ("Organizer" or “OPPO”) for the promotion of OPPO – Products.

1. Campaign duration: 12:00 PM IST, June 19th 2025 onwards till the start of OPPO Reno14 series pre-order.

2. You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Campaign:

(a) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;

(b) You have a billing address within the territory of India;

(d) Participant should have set India as Participant's current country in Participant account settings on https://www.oppo.com/in/sto r e or OPPO Store App;

(e) Participant must have a billing address within the territory of India;

(f) Participant should be of the age of 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest; and Participant should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.

(g) Only one OPPO account per person will be eligible to participate in the Contest.

3. Rules:

1) Every user can check the exchange price for their old device by participating in the event. The user has to log into their OPPO Store account, enter the old device information ex device condition, IMEI, RAM, ROM, Brand & other details to get the exchange value for their old device.

2）The exchange value during purchase is subject to changes & the latest quotation for the old device can be checked by the user during the time of purchase.

3) The exchange bonus for the OPPO Reno14 series open sale will be available for select devices, but only if the exchange program is chosen for the order.

4) User who pre-value successfully can receive a ₹300 exchange coupon reward, valid for 30 days from the pre-sale date.

4. Additional terms

1) By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that OPPO Store may process your login & old device information, including your phone number or email address, IMEI, old phone brand & device, RAM/ ROM, and old phone residual value only for the purpose of the event. This processing may include contacting you via App push, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email if necessary for the administration of the campaign. 2) If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

3) OPPO Store is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OPPO Store is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

4) OPPO Store is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if the proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OPPO Store reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign without assigning any reason and any prior notice

5) To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall OPPO Store, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or representatives, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with this campaign, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not OPPO Store has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6) Each user may only use one account to participate in the event. Any user account that matches the same OPPO Store account, WhatsApp number, phone number, ID card, or mobile device will be considered the same user. If it is found that the same user has participated in this event using different accounts, OPPO Store reserves the right to disqualify that user from winning any prizes.

7) During the event, any user who participates through fraudulent or malicious means (including but not limited to cheating, malicious exploitation, reputation manipulation, fake transactions, system disruption, cyberattacks, or any user participating in the event using IoT cards or unregistered cards, or any users registered with numbers identified by platforms or third parties as associated with black-market hoarding, scams, or abnormal phone number segments, etc.) may be terminated from the event, and their eligibility to win prizes will be canceled. If a prize has already been distributed, OPPO Store reserves the right to reclaim it. If any losses are incurred by OPPO Store or a third party, OPPO Store reserves the right to seek compensation from the user.

8) In the case of any dispute regarding winning, the final decision will be based on the statistical results from the store's backend.

9) This event is organized by OPPO Store. If you have any questions about the event, please consult OPPO Store customer service.

FORCE MAJEURE

This Campaign is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, epidemic, pandemic, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of OPPO Store, including any governmental rules/regulations (\"Force Majeure Event\"). OPPO Store shall not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Campaign including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting this Campaige, you give OPPO Store and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Campaign and any promotions, events, or campaign to follow. OPPO Store shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here https://www.oppo.com/in/store/contents/legal/privacy-policy/ that OPPO Store and/ or its affiliates have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or campaign that follow. You agree that OPPO Store and/ or its affiliates have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to, illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release OPPO Store and/ or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to OPPO Store and/or its affiliates, agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the campaign and any promotions, events, or campaign to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE

OPPO Store accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of using the coupon or benefit of this campaign or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of OPPO Store for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. Please read the terms and conditions mentioned carefully. Not reading or not knowing any of the clauses will not absolve of any liability incurred.

In no event shall OPPO Store, including its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you, or any third party, for any special, indirect, consequential losses, including but not limited to, damages for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities.
