Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Plan covers the device only for 180 days. The 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement must be used within 180 days, starting from 0:00 on the handset activation date.

1.2. The plan can only be used once during the effective period.

1.3. The 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement covers defects related to hardware quality when the device is used normally within the 6-month effective period. It does not cover appearance fault, software problems, damage caused by the user, or devices with out-of-warranty repair records.

 

2. Activation Process:

During the event period (2025.11.23-2025.12.31), users who purchase and activate the OPPO Find X9 series phone can receive a 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement for free.

3. Coverage Details:

The 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement covers:

Hardware quality issues when the device is used under normal conditions.

Exclusions:

The followings are not covered by the OPPO 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement 

3.1. Device models that are not covered by the OPPO 180-Day Hardware Defect Replacement according to the local policy (the place where the device is purchased).

3.2. Devices that are not sold through official channels.

3.3. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.

3.4. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OPPO.

3.5. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.

3.6. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.

3.7. Ordinary wear and tear.

3.8. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OPPO.

3.9. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OPPO.

3.10. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

3.11. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and other software problems introduced into the Product.

3.12. Products not purchased from OPPO.in (we recommend you to contact the point of sale for support).

3.13. Repair conducted by un-official repair centers.

3.14. The device has already completed an out of warranty repair before and is taken to the OPPO Service Store again for replacement within the 180-day replacement period.

4. Replacement Process:

If your device qualifies for replacement:

4.1. Visit a OPPO Exclusive/Authorized Service Centre for inspection.

4.2. Bring the device with the original box and all accessories. For a successful replacement it is mandatory handover the complete package which includes the original accessories.

4.3. If approved under the OPPO Warranty Policy, the handset will be replaced for free.

4.4. Devices that do not meet the warranty conditions will not qualify for replacement. However, repair services may be provided as per the standard service norms.

4.5. The replacement time will be shared by the service professional at the time of device handover, post all necessary checks are done and approved.

4.6. The configuration variant will be the same but the colour variant may vary, as per availability.
