When can I purchase the product?
You can purchase the product on 17th, March.
What payment methods can I choose from?
OPPO Store accepts a variety of payment methods. When will I receive my package?
Generally the package is dispatched/shipped within 48 hours after placing the order. At OPPO we make every effort to deliver your order within 1-5 business days. For special cases like campaign orders, the specific dispatching time will obey the schedule clarified on the goods' detail page. Thanks for your understanding.
Which delivery carrier do we choose?
Most items are shipped by Bluedart and small amounts of items are shipped by Delhivery.
Do I need to pay for the shipping fee?
The shipping fee is 49 INR when the order haven't over 299 INR.
Does OPPO offer an education discount?
Yes. OPPO offers special pricing for students, teachers, administrators and staff members for a part of items. If you think you qualify, visit here for more details.
Can the received product be returned or exchanged if it has quality problems?
If you want to return the product with quality problems, please do not sign the package. If you want to exchange, the device purchased on oppo store come with a 30-day exchange window if it is found to be functionally defective, starting from the date of delivery. In such a case, please report the issue to us by live chat or by directly visiting any of our service centers. As a part of our troubleshooting process, we might ask you to download certain diagnostic tools to detect the issue with the device and post validation of the complaint, we would initiate the replacement procedures.
How do I cancel my order?
1. If no payment has been made, no further action is required - the order will automatically be canceled after 2 hours. 2. If you have already paid for your order, you can try canceling your order in Order Section of your OPPO account. 3. If that method doesn't work because your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the parcel when delivered. The refund process will be initiated after the package backs to the warehouse. The process will be completed within 7 days (Not counted from the date of the parcel being rejected). Your refund will be directed to the original source of payment.
How is the refund processed in OPPO?/How long will it take to process the refund?
Sorry, the order only can be cancelled before it is shipped. If items ordered online from OPPO store that are found arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not sign the package, and claim rejection to the courier .Once we receive your item, the refund will be initiated immediately. It takes around 1-14 business days to process a refund. If a product return is involved, it may take slightly longer because we have to check the returned parcel. Refunds will be directed to the original source of payment. If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, we suggest you contact your payment provider for details. If they are unable to help, please contact onlinesupportin@oppo.com - we may be able to provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or screenshot to help your payment provider track your refund manually. Please note that the exact time processing your refund depends on the payment provider.
