  • OPPO Singapore’s enhanced in-store measures ensure the safety of customers

    March 20, 2020, Singapore – In light of the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the APAC region, OPPO Singapore continues to place the safety of its customers in the heart of its business operations, implementing a series of enhanced measures across its stores island wide.

    These measures include twice-daily disinfections of all Experience stores, with increased focus on demonstration units. Additionally, customers entering OPPO stores will be required to clean their hands using hand sanitiser to reduce the potential spread of germs and helping to safeguard everyone’s health and well-being.

    The safety of OPPO’s staff are also of paramount importance. With this, all OPPO Singapore retail staff are always required to wear surgical masks when assisting customers, and temperature checks are conducted before the start of work each day. Staff members are also reminded to maintain good health and personal hygiene practices and to see a doctor if they feel unwell.

    Understanding the that COVID-19 outbreak brings with it both social and economic impact to businesses, OPPO continues to monitor and assess the situation and is taking solid measures to protect the health of both its customers and employees. At present, OPPO's plants in China have gradually resumed production from February 10 in accordance with relevant government instructions.
