Terms and Conditions of Exchange Program

 

The Trade-In Service (the "Service") is operated by Remobie Technologies Co., Ltd. ("Remobie") at its sole discretion, and you agree to accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale before using the Service.

 

You certify that you are the legal owner of the goods sold under this Sales Agreement (the "Goods").

 

You acknowledge and agree that all prices offered by Remobie, whether through the Website or other channels, are not final prices and are only prices pending evaluation. Remobie does not guarantee the final price until Remobie has had the opportunity to physically inspect the Goods, at the discretion of Remobie's inspectors.

 

You acknowledge and agree that Remobie will inspect the Goods to submit a price offer to you and will notify you of its confirmation of the completion of this Sales Agreement. Title to the Product remains with you and will not transfer to the Buyer until Remobie confirms the validity of this Sales Contract.

 

If Remobie determines that the actual condition of the Product does not match the information recorded at the time you deliver the Product to Remobie's staff, you agree to pay the difference or cancel the Sales Contract and refund the Product price to Remobie without any dispute.

 

You agree that you are responsible for removing any data on the Product and confirm that all data on the Product will be removed before delivery to Remobie. You acknowledge that Remobie and the Buyer are not responsible for any remaining data on the Product.

 

You certify that the Product is not subject to any locks, promotions, packages, or contracts that impose any obligations on the use or payment of any service fees for any period or type. If the Product meets the above conditions, you agree to cancel the Sales Contract and refund the Product price to Remobie without any dispute.

 

You consent to Remobie, the Buyer, and Remobie's business partners collecting, using, and/or disclosing your personal information, including your first and last name, age, national ID card number, national ID card information, and telephone number, as well as your Product information, such as model name, color, IMEI number, and the basic condition of the Product you provided under this Sales Contract. ("Personal Data") is used solely for promotional purposes, including trade-in promotions ("Purposes"). You agree to retain your Personal Data for as long as the purpose for which such data is used remains.

 

You warrant that the product must be able to be signed out from all accounts, such as Google or iCloud accounts.

 

You confirm that the Personal Data you provide to Remobie, the buyer, and/or Remobie's business partners is true and accurate. You agree to be responsible for any damages resulting from providing inaccurate or false information.

 

You acknowledge that if you do not provide consent, Remobie, the buyer, and Remobie's business partners may not be able to fulfill their obligations to you in accordance with the Purposes.

 

You acknowledge that you have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your Personal Data for the purposes specified in this Sales Agreement at any time by notifying us via email at support@remobie.com.

 

Remobie reserves the right to refuse to purchase any product offered by the seller, at its sole discretion.

 

Remobie reserves the right to refuse to return any product. After the seller has received payment and Remobie has received the goods, for whatever reason,

 

Remobie reserves the right to refuse to purchase the goods and not pay for the goods if your identity does not match the identification documents on the day Remobie or its related employees pick up the goods, or if the facts do not comply with the above-mentioned terms of sale.

 

You acknowledge and agree that Remobie is the appointed agent of the actual purchaser to purchase the goods, including appraising and offering the goods, entering into related contracts, signing payment documents, accepting delivery of the goods, making contact, and performing any other actions related to the successful completion of the sale. Remobie's actions related to this sale contract are solely for and on behalf of the purchaser, and Remobie is not the purchaser.

 

If you refuse to order, cancel, or return a new product ordered with the trade-in service, and the order includes other products, you must return the entire order. A partial return is not permitted.

 

In the event of a dispute, Remobie's decision shall be final.
