OPPO RENO7 Z LAUNCH PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions

The OPPO Reno7 Z Launch Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 2^nd April 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 17^th April 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) at the following platforms:

i. My OPPO Space;

ii. OPPO Brand Store;

iii. Authorized Dealer Store;

iv. OPPO Official Online Store;

v. E-commerce Partners (Shopee and Lazada);

vi. Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, Urban Republic and TMT); and

vii. Telco Partners (Celcom, Digi, Maxis and U Mobile).

(Collectively, the “Platforms”)

Promo Mechanism

i. Customers purchasing OPPO Reno7 Z during the Promo Period shall be entitled to One (1) unit of OPPO Reno Bag (worth RM109.00).

ii. Customers purchasing OPPO Reno7 Z at My OPPO Space or OPPO Brand Store during the Promo Period shall be entitled to purchase One (1) unit of OPPO Enco Air 2 (worth RM249.00) at 50% OFF in a single transaction.

iii. Customers who purchased OPPO Reno7 Z at the Platforms other than My OPPO Space or OPPO Brand Store and showed their hardcopy receipt at any My OPPO Space or OPPO Brand Store during the Promo Period shall be entitled to purchase One (1) unit of OPPO Enco Air 2 (worth RM249.00) at 50% OFF.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
