Terms and Conditions

The OPPO RENO7 SERIES (RENO7 PRO AND RENO7 5G) Pre-Order and Launch Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB” or “Organizer”).

OPPO Brand Store’s Exclusive - Purchase with Purchase (PWP) Privilege

Customers who successfully pre-order any OPPO RENO7 SERIES (RENO7 PRO and RENO7 5G) during the Pre-order Promo Period may show their original hardcopy receipt at any My OPPO Space or OPPO Brand Store to be entitled to purchase one (1) unit of OPPO Watch Free (worth RM449.00) or OPPO Enco Air2 (worth RM249.00) at fifty percent (50%) discount.

1. Customers are deemed to have successfully pre-ordered OPPO RENO7 SERIES (RENO7 PRO AND RENO7 5G) when:

a) customers make full payment of the price if pre-order is made via online platforms; or

b) pay RM100.00 as deposit (“Deposit”) for pre-order made via offline platforms.

2. Customers who have successfully pre-ordered the OPPO RENO7 SERIES (RENO7 PRO AND RENO7 5G) during the Pre-order Promo Period shall be entitled to the following pre-order benefits with total value worth up to RM1,499.00:

a) Pre-order Free Gifts;

b) Purchase with Purchase (PWP) Privilege; and

c) My OPPO App Members’ Privilege with value worth up to RM999.00.

Customers who have successfully pre-ordered any OPPO RENO7 SERIES (RENO7 PRO AND RENO7 5G) during the Pre-order Promo Period shall be entitled to attend OPPO RENO7 SERIES (RENO7 PRO AND RENO7 5G) O-Carpet First Sales Phone Pick Up Event (“Event”) held on the Launch Promo Date to collect their order and shall be entitled to the following:

1^st customer of Event shall receive the following:

a) One (1) unit of Premium high-tea pastry box;

b) One (1) unit of OPPO RENO7 SERIES photo frame with printed photo; and

c) One (1) unit of OPPO Watch Free (worth RM449.00).

Note:

1. Customers who have successfully pre-ordered OPPO RENO7 SERIES (RENO7 PRO AND RENO7 5G) via offline platforms during the Pre-order Promo Period are entitled to collect their order from Launch Promo Date onwards upon making full payment of the product minus the Deposit paid.

2. Customer sequence determined by the Organizer at the Roadshow and the Event shall be final and non-negotiable. Any dispute arising thereto shall not be entertained.

3. My OPPO Members’ Privilege is only applicable to customers who have a validly registered account on the My OPPO App.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo and the Free Gifts are conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability. JBSB reserves the right to substitute alternative Free Gifts of equivalent value without prior notice.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
