OPPO FIND X5 PRO TRADE IN CAMPAIGN

Terms and Conditions

The OPPO Find X5 Pro Trade In Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”) in collaboration with Compasia Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201201022161 (1006653-T)) (“COMPASIA”).

 

1.               Eligibility

 

1.1.           The Campaign is open to all registered user of SmartExchange by InstaCash app (“App”) provided by COMPASIA.

 

2.               Campaign Period

 

2.1.           The Campaign will run from 28th May 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 30th June 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”) at the following locations:

a.    selected OPPO Brand Stores in Malaysia;

b.    selected Senheng outlets in Malaysia; and

c.     selected SenQ outlets in Malaysia.

d.    seleted Maxis Outlets in Malaysia.

(Collectively, the “Participating Stores”)

 

2.2.           JBSB and COMPASIA shall retain the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Campaign Period without any prior notice.

 

3.               Campaign Mechanism

 

i.                     During the Campaign Period, customer may trade in any device via the App and utilise the trade in value of the said device as determined in the App to purchase OPPO Find X5 Pro (“Product”) at the Participating Stores.

ii.                    In addition to the trade in value of device, customer is entitled to an instant cash rebate of RM200 (“Rebate”) for the purchase of Product.

iii.                   The Rebate is subject to the following conditions:-

a.               Rebate is given on a first come first served basis

b.               Rebate is subject to availability and JBSB and COMPASIA reserve the right to substitute the Rebate with another of equivalent value at their own discretion without giving notice

c.               Rebate is non-stackable with other voucher or promotion codes

d.               Rebate is not refundable and exchangeable for cash or any other items in part or full, and is non-transferable to any other person

iv.                   Only one Product can be purchased by the customer for each successful trade in of device via the App.

v.                    Other COMPASIA’s terms and conditions in relation to the trade in of device shall apply.

 

4.               General Terms

 

4.1             JBSB and/or COMPASIA reserve the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

 

4.2             JBSB and/or COMPASIA reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign shall not entitle the customer to any claim or compensation against JBSB and/or COMPASIA for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

 

4.3             In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

 

4.4             The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
