Terms and Conditions

The OPPO Find X5 Pro Pre-Order and Launch Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB” or “Organizer”).

E-Commerce Rate & Review

Customers purchasing OPPO Find X5 Pro from the Launch Promo Date onwards can rate and review to be entitled to One (1) unit of RM10 Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin.

Steps to redeem RM10 Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin:

Step 1: Purchase OPPO Find X5 Pro from OPPO Official Online Store / OPPO Lazada Flagship Store / OPPO Shopee Flagship Store;

Step 2: Rate and Review with at least 150 characters and 1 photo on the OPPO Official Online Store / OPPO Lazada Flagship Store / OPPO Shopee Flagship Store OPPO Find X5 Pro product page on or before 30^th June 2022; and

Step 3: RM10 Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin will be sent through SMS / Shopee Chat / Lazada Chat.

The RM10 Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin will be sent to customers within 7 working days.

The redemption of RM10 Touch ‘n Go Reload Pin is valid until 30^th June 2022.

OPPO Find X5 Pro O-Carpet First Sale Phone Pick Up Event

Customers who have successfully pre-ordered OPPO Find X5 Pro during the Pre-order Promo Period shall be entitled to attend OPPO Find X5 Pro O-Carpet First Sales Phone Pick Up Event (“Event”) held on the Launch Promo Date to collect their order and shall be entitled to the following:

1^st customer of the Event shall receive the following:

a) One (1) unit of OPPO Watch Free (worth RM449.00); and

b) One (1) unit of 50W Air VOOC (worth RM299).

2^nd to 30^th customer of the Event shall receive the following:

Note:

1. Customers who have successfully pre-ordered OPPO Find X5 Pro via offline platforms during the Pre-order Promo Period are entitled to collect their order from Launch Promo Date onwards upon making full payment of the product minus the Deposit paid.

2. Customer sequence determined by the Organizer at the Event shall be final and non-negotiable. Any dispute arising thereto shall not be entertained.

3. My OPPO Members’ Privilege is only applicable to customers who have a validly registered account on the My OPPO App.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo and the Free Gifts are conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability. JBSB reserves the right to substitute alternative Free Gifts of equivalent value without prior notice.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
