OPPO DAY

Terms and Conditions

This OPPO Day Promotion (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 10^th December 2021 00:00 (GMT +8) to 14^th December 2021 23:59 (GMT +8) at the following platforms:

          i.            All My OPPO Space; and

         ii.            All OPPO Experience Store.

Promo Mechanism

          i.            Customer may purchase one (1) unit of OPPO Enco Buds or one (1) unit of OPPO Band at RM99.00 and be entitled to purchase another one (1) unit of OPPO Enco Buds at RM79.00 in a single transaction.

         ii.            Customers purchasing any OPPO smartphone shall be entitled to purchase one (1) unit of OPPO Enco Air at RM259.00 or one (1) unit of OPPO Enco Buds or one (1) unit of OPPO Band at RM79.00 in a single transaction.

       iii.            Customers purchasing any OPPO Reno6 Series Smartphone shall be entitled to purchase One Year Screen Damage Warranty at RM79.00, available on first come first served basis and subject to availability.

       iv.            OPPO Enco Buds and OPPO Band are limited to 300 units each and available on first come first served basis.

         v.            OPPO Enco Air is limited to 100 units and available on first come first served basis.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

          i.            This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

         ii.            This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

       iii.            This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

       iv.            This Promo is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

         v.            JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

       vi.            In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

      vii.            The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
