Terms and Conditions

Introduction: This My OPPO Members’ 2^nd Anniversary Celebration Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 1^st October 2021 00:00 (GMT +8) to 31^st October 2021 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”).

How to Redeem Touch n’ Go eWallet Reload Pin

Step 1	:	Download My OPPO App and register as My OPPO member. Click on banner under “My Privileges”;
Step 2	:	Fill in particulars including full name, contact number, My OPPO App username, device IMEI number, and upload invoice / receipt.
Step 3	:	Customers shall wait at least 48 hours after My OPPO App Touch n' Go eWallet Reload Pin redemption to receive the reload pin via SMS.

Note:

The Touch n’ Go eWallet Reload Pin is only valid from 1^st October 2021 to 28^th September 2022.

How to Redeem OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G Free Gift—Marshall Backpack

Step 1	:	Download My OPPO App and register as My OPPO member. Click on banner under “My Privileges”;
Step 2	:	Fill in particulars including full name, contact number, delivery address, and device IMEI number.

Step 2	:	Click on any discount voucher you wish to redeem;
Step 3	:	Click on ‘Redeem Now’;
Step 4	:	Follow the instruction & enjoy your rewards or voucher; and
Step 5	:	To check your previous records, you can click on redemption record.

Note:

i. Only My OPPO App members are eligible to redeem X10 Rewards Voucher; and

ii. Selected X10 Rewards Vouchers can be used during Campaign Period in selective participating Brand Partners’ stores by paying only RM2.

D. 2X Reward Points

i.	New customers registering as My OPPO Member during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to 400 Reward Points.
ii.	My OPPO Member successfully invite a new member registration during Campaign Period shall be entitled to 600 Reward Points.

How to Redeem 2X New Sign Up Reward Points

Step 1	:	Open MY OPPO App and click on banner under “Activities”;
Step 2	:	Click on “Join Now”;
Step 3	:	Enter phone number or email address to register; and
Step 4	:	Successfully register and get 400 reward points.

How to Redeem 2X Friend Invitation Reward Points

Step 1	:	Open MY OPPO App and click on activities banner under Homepage to start inviting;
Step 2	:	Click “Invite friends” to share to friends;
Step 3	:	Receive the invitation link from friend and click on it;
Step 4	:	Direct to Join OPPO Membership page and click “Join us”;
Step 5	:	Click on “I have one” when shown OPPO phone possession notification;
Step 6	:	Fill in the details to register an account;
Step 7	:	Direct to Download page or My OPPO App if the device is preinstalled with My OPPO App; and
Step 8	:	Successfully register and inviter will get 600 reward points.

Note:

i. Reward Points shall remain valid for One (1) Year, starting from the date of issue;

ii. New member is entitled to the New Registration Reward Points One (1) time only;

iii. Invitation is only successful when a new user sign in in to My OPPO App for the first time; and

iv. There is no limit to the numbers of invitation.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Campaign can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing Promotions.

ii. This Campaign cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes in a single transaction.

iii. This Campaign is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Campaign, Free Gifts and Vouchers are conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to change Free Gifts and Vouchers to other Free Gifts and Vouchers of the same value at any point of time without prior notice.

vi. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Campaign shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vii. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

viii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
