This OPPO A95 Promo Code Giveaway (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 5^th December 2021 00:00 (GMT +8) to 1^st January 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) at the following platforms:

i. OPPO Official Facebook Page; and

ii. OPPO Official Twitter Page.

(Collectively, the “Social Platforms”)

Promo Mechanism

i. JBSB will be giving out the RM100 OPPO A95 Promo Code randomly on the Social Platforms during the Promo Period.

ii. The RM100 OPPO A95 Promo Code is limited to 100 units redemption only and is given on a first come first served basis.

iii. The RM100 OPPO A95 Promo Code is only applicable to OPPO A95 at the OPPO Official Online Store only.

iv. The RM100 OPPO A95 Promo Code is valid until 1^st January 2022.

How to Redeem the RM100 OPPO A95 Promo Code

Step 1

Log on to OPPO Official Online Store and click into OPPO A95 Landing Page;

Step 2

Select and add your preferred phone color into cart;

Step 3

Apply the RM100 OPPO A95 Promo Code before checkout.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
