MY OPPO MEMBERS’ DAY

Terms and Conditions

The My OPPO Members’ Day (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 16^th September 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 18^th September 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Promo Period”) at the following platforms:

i. My OPPO App;

ii. All OPPO Brand Store;

iii. OPPO Official Online Store and

iv. OPPO Authorized Service Centre.

Promo Mechanism

A. My OPPO Members’ Day Collect Cards & Win Activity

How to Participate

Step 1	:	Login to My OPPO App;
Step 2	:	Click into “Collect Cards & Win” banner under ‘Activities’;
Step 3	:	Complete the tasks allocated, and click ‘Collect Now’ to collect cards;
Step 4	:	Click “Mix Cards” once all cards have been successfully collected; and
Step 5	:	Click ‘Click to Play’ to draw the prize from the Raffle page.

Note:

i. The entry to the Raffle is only for members who have successfully collected all three (3) cards in a set.

ii. Each participant is only eligible to win one (1) time.

B. OPPO Brand Store Members’ Exclusive Promotions

i. My OPPO Members are entitled to redeem the following e-vouchers on My OPPO App:

a. RM 100 OFF OPPO Reno8 Pro 5G;

b. RM 100 OFF OPPO Reno8 5G;

c. RM 100 OFF OPPO Pad Air (4+128 GB); and

d. RM 100 OFF OPPO Enco Air2 Pro.

ii. My OPPO Members may purchase the abovementioned OPPO Products at RM100 OFF at OPPO Brand Store in a single transaction by presenting the Promo Code to the staff.

iii. For avoidance of doubt, Existing OPPO Reno8 Series users shall not be entitled to RM100 OFF on Reno8 Pro 5G and Reno8 5G.

iv. The Promo Code is only valid during the Promo Period.

v. The Promo Code is limited to one (1) redemption per My OPPO Member’s account.

vi. The Promo Code can only be redeemed for one (1) time in a single receipt.

How to Redeem

Step 1	:	Login to My OPPO App;
Step 2	:	Click into “OPPO Brand Store Member Promotion” banner under “Exclusive Promotions”;
Step 3	:	Click “Redeem now” to redeem the Promo Code by utilizing Fifty (50) Reward Points; and
Step 4	:	Present the Promo Code to OPPO Brand Store’s staff upon purchase to enjoy the discount.

C. OPPO Brand Store PWP 50% OFF OPPO Watch Free & OPPO Enco Air2

i. Customer who purchased any of the OPPO Smartphone during the Promo Period shall be entitled to purchase one (1) unit of OPPO Watch Free and/or OPPO Enco Air2 at 50% OFF in a single transaction.

ii. Limited to one (1) unit OPPO Watch Free and/or OPPO Enco Air2 per customer.

Note:

Customers who purchase any of the OPPO Smartphone from any other channel may bring the receipt to the My OPPO Space and OPPO Brand Store to redeem this Promo.

D. OPPO Brand Store RM11 OFF on Only for You Bags

i. My OPPO Members are entitled to redeem one (1) unit of the RM11 OFF Voucher for Only for You Bags at OPPO Brand Store.

ii. My OPPO Members may purchase one (1) unit of Only for You Bag at RM11 OFF at OPPO Brand Store in a single transaction by presenting the Voucher to the staff.

iii. The Voucher is only valid during the Promo Period.

iv. The Voucher is limited to one (1) redemption per My OPPO Member’s account.

How to Redeem

Step 1	:	Login to My OPPO App;
Step 2	:	Click into “OPPO Brand Store Member Promotion” banner under “Exclusive Promotions”;
Step 3	:	Click “Redeem now” to redeem the e-Voucher by utilizing Fifty (50) Reward Points; and
Step 4	:	Present the Voucher to OPPO Brand Store’s staff upon purchase to enjoy the discount.

E. OPPO Official Online Store Additional Product Discount

i. My OPPO Members are entitled to redeem the RM100 Additional Promo Voucher for the following OPPO Products on My OPPO App and get one (1) unit of the Ollie Figurine:

a. OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G; and

b. OPPO Reno7 5G.

ii. My OPPO Members are entitled to redeem the RM30 Additional Promo Voucher for the following OPPO Products on My OPPO App:

a. OPPO A57 4+128GB; and

b. OPPO A16 4+64GB.

iii. My OPPO Members may purchase the abovementioned OPPO Products at discounted price at OPPO Official Online Store in a single transaction by applying the Additional Promo Voucher.

iv. The Ollie Figurine is given on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability.

v. The Additional Promo Voucher is only valid during the Promo Period.

vi. The Additional Promo Voucher can only be redeemed for one (1) time in a single transaction.

F. OPPO Official Online Store IoT Promotion

My OPPO Members are entitled to purchase the following OPPO IoT Products at discounted price in a single transaction on OPPO Official Online Store:

a. OPPO Band at RM 99; and

b. OPPO Enco Buds at RM89.

G. OPPO Online Store PWP 50% OPPO Care Protection Plan

i. My OPPO Members who purchased any OPPO devices on OPPO Online Store during the Promo period shall be entitled to purchase OPPO Care Protection Plan at 50% OFF.

ii. OPPO Care Protection Plan inclusive of:

a. Extended Warranty;

b. Screen Protection Plan;

c. Extended Warranty + Screen Protection Combo Plan; and

d. Accidental Damage + Extended Warranty Combo Plan.

H. OPPO Care Protection Plan Promotion

My OPPO Members who purchased OPPO Care Protection Plan (exclude Accidental Damage Protection Plan) at OPPO Brand Store or OPPO Authorised Service Center during the Promo Period shall be entitled to 20% discount.

I. OPPO Free Sanitizing Service

My OPPO Members who visited the OPPO Brand Store during the Promo Period shall be entitled to one (1) time of free sanitizing service.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
