MY OPPO MEMBERS’ DAY

Terms and Conditions

The My OPPO Members’ Day (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 16^th July 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 18^th July 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) at the following platforms:

i. My OPPO App;

ii. All OPPO Brand Store; and

iii. OPPO Authorized Service Centre.

Promo Mechanism

A. My OPPO Members’ Day Reward

How to Redeem

Step 1

Step 2

Click into “My OPPO Members’ Day Reward” under “Activities”; and

Step 3

Click “Redeem now” by utilizing two hundred (200) Reward Points to redeem RM1 for Baskin Robbins Single Junior Scoop Voucher.

Note:

i. This Reward is subject to availability and on first-come first-served basis.

ii. The Baskin Robbins Single Junior Scoop Voucher is only valid until 18^th July 2022.

B. OPPO Brand Store Member Promotion

i. My OPPO Members are entitled to redeem the RM99 for OPPO Band e-Voucher (Normal Price: RM159) on My OPPO App.

ii. My OPPO Members may purchase one (1) unit of OPPO Band at RM99 at OPPO Brand Store in a single transaction by presenting the e-Voucher to the staff.

iii. The e-Voucher is only valid during the Promo Period.

iv. The e-Voucher can only be redeemed at OPPO Brand Store.

v. The e-Voucher is limited to one (1) redemption per My OPPO Member’s account.

vi. The e-Voucher can only be redeemed for one (1) time in a single receipt.

How to Redeem

Step 1	:	Login to My OPPO App;
Step 2	:	Click into “OPPO Brand Store Member Promotion” under “Exclusive Promotions”;
Step 3	:	Click “Redeem now” to redeem the e-Voucher by utilizing two hundred (200) Reward Points; and
Step 4	:	Present the e-Voucher to OPPO Brand Store’s staff upon purchase to enjoy the discount.

C. OPPO Care Protection Plan Promotion

My OPPO Members who purchased OPPO Care Protection Plan (exclude Accidental Damage Protection Plan) at OPPO Brand Store or OPPO Authorised Service Center during the Promo Period shall be entitled to 20% discount.

D. Atome Discount

Customers may enjoy the following discounts on OPPO products while making payment via Atome upon checkout at OPPO Brand Store as stipulated at https://www.atome.my/en-my/paylater-merchants/oppo:

i. RM50 OFF with minimum purchase of RM2000; and

ii. RM25 OFF with minimum purchase of RM600.

How to Redeem

Step 1	:	Login to Atome App;
Step 2	:	Search for “OPPO” in search bar and check for available vouchers;
Step 3	:	Redeem any available vouchers and proceed for transaction; and
Step 4	:	Scan QR Code at store to perform transaction and select a voucher to use.

Note:

Please refer to Atome for its terms and conditions applied. Atome’s terms and conditions may vary and JBSB shall not be responsible for any matters arising from or in relation to the Atome’s terms and conditions.

E. OPPO Free Sanitizing Service

My OPPO Members who visited the OPPO Brand Store during the Promo Period shall be entitled to one (1) time of free sanitizing service.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
