MY OPPO 3^RD ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Terms and Conditions

The My OPPO 3^rd Anniversary Celebration (“Promo”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Promo Period

The Promo will run from 30^th September 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) to 30^th October 2022 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Promo Period”) at the following platforms:

i. My OPPO Space;

ii. OPPO Brand Store;

iii. Authorized Dealer Store;

iv. OPPO Official Online Store;

v. E-commerce Partners (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok); and

vi. Chain Store Partners (DirectD, SenHeng, senQ, UNBOX, Urban Republic and TMT).

ii. Limited to one (1) unit OPPO Watch Free and/or OPPO Enco Air 2 per customer.

iii. Customers who purchase any of the OPPO Smartphone from any other Platforms may bring the receipt to the My OPPO Space and OPPO Brand Store to redeem this Promo.

My OPPO Members who purchased OPPO Find X5 Pro or any of the OPPO Reno8 Series during the Promo period shall be entitled to additional one (1) year FREE extended warranty with the purchase of one (1) year Screen Damage Warranty.

OPPO Existing Member Exclusive Discount

OPPO Existing Members purchasing OPPO A57 shall be entitled to RM30 discount.

*The above shall collectively be referred to as “Free Gifts”.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Promo can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing promotions.

ii. This Promo cannot be stacked with other voucher, or promotion codes.

iii. This Promo is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Promo is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promo without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by JBSB of this Promo shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
