OPPO X Teach For Malaysia Support Package

Terms and Conditions

This OPPO X Teach for Malaysia Support Package (“Campaign”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company Number: 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

Eligibility

The Campaign is open to ALL Malaysians.

Campaign Period

The Campaign will run from 1^st October 2021, 00:00 (GMT +08:00) to 31^StDecember 2021, 23:59 (GMT +08:00) (“Campaign Period“) on the following platforms:

i. OPPO Lazada Flagship Store; and

ii. OPPO Official Shopee Store.

Campaign Mechanism

i. Customers who purchase the OPPO Reno6 Pro, OPPO Reno6, OPPO Reno6 Z, OPPO Reno5 Pro, OPPO Reno5, OPPO Reno5 F Teach For Malaysia (“TFM”) Donate Special Variation (“TFM Special Variation”) during the Campaign Period will be charged an additional RM10.00 which will be donated directly to TFM.

ii. In support of the initiative, JBSB will donate an additional RM30.00 to TFM for every RM10.00 donated by customer through purchase of the TFM Special Variation during the Campaign Period.

iii. Every customer who has purchased TFM Special Variation during the Campaign Period will receive the following as Donation Gifts:

a. One (1) unit of a limited tote bag;

b. One (1) unit of letter of thanks; and

c. One (1) unit of pamphlets.

iv. The Donation Gifts are subject to availability and JBSB reserves the right to substitute the Donation Gifts with another of equivalent value without giving notice to the customer.

Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

General Terms

i. This Campaign can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing Promotions.

ii. This Campaign cannot be stacked with other voucher, or Promotion codes.

iii. This Campaign is non-refundable and cannot be exchange for cash.

iv. This Campaign is conducted on a first come first served basis and subject to availability.

v. JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by JBSB of this Campaign shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

vi. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

vii. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
