Dubai, UAE, 7 August 2026–OPPO today announced a new trade-in top-up promotion for the Reno16 Series, exclusively available in the United Arab Emirates, giving customers extra value when they upgrade to OPPO's latest lineup of AI-powered smartphones. Under the offer, customers in the UAE can bring in any working smartphone—regardless of brand or model—and receive an exchange top-up bonus of up to AED 200 on top of the standard trade-in value.

The promotion is designed to make it easier for customers to step into the Reno16 Series, combining the convenience of trading in an old device with an added bonus that goes directly toward the purchase of a new Reno16 Series smartphone.

Bring any working smartphone and get up to AED 200 exchange top-up bonus on the Reno16 Series.

Valid on purchase of the Reno16 Series from 7 to 16 August 2026.

Customers across the UAE are encouraged to visit their nearest participating OPPO store during the promotional period to have their device evaluated and take advantage of this limited-time bonus before it ends.

Exchange Top-Up Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Customer may trade in any eligible smartphone model listed by the brand or trade-in partner.
Device must meet minimum functional criteria (power on, touchscreen working, no major damage).
Device eligibility and grading will be determined solely by the trade-in partner.
Devices with activation locks, missing components, or severe damage may be rejected.
2. Device Evaluation & Grading
The trade-in partner will inspect the device and assign a grade based on condition.
The final trade-in value is based on the grade and cannot be negotiated.
Customer must remove all personal data, SIM cards, memory cards, and disable device locks before handing over the device.
3. Exchange Top-Up (Bonus)
A promotional Top-Up Bonus will be added on top of the standard trade-in value.
The Top-Up amount is fixed and determined by the brand for the specific promotion period.
The Top-Up is only applicable when purchasing of OPPO Reno16 series.
The Top-Up cannot be redeemed as cash, transferred, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
4. Ownership Transfer
Once the device is handed over and the customer signs the declaration, ownership transfers to the brand/trade-in partner.
The device cannot be returned after the trade-in is completed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Back up all personal data before handing over the device.
Remove passwords, Apple ID, Google ID, and any security locks.
Provide valid identification and purchase documents if required.
Ensure the device is not stolen or blacklisted.
6. Limitations & Exclusions
Trade-in value may vary depending on device condition and market pricing.
The brand reserves the right to reject any device at its discretion.
Top-Up Bonus is not applicable for:

    ●   Devices not listed in the eligible model list
    ●   Purchases made outside the promotion period
Customers cannot claim cash instead of the top-up.
7. Fraud & Misuse
Any attempt to misuse the program (fake devices, tampered IMEI, stolen phones) will result in cancellation of the offer.
The brand may report fraudulent activity to authorities.
8. General Conditions
The brand may modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by the brand or trade-in partner are final.
