Introduction of My OPPO
My OPPO is a loyalty program designed for OPPO users. Users may sign in to their
account from the
My OPPO app to activate their membership, enjoy membership benefits, earn points,
and experience more exclusive services.
My OPPO offers a total of 4 different tiers of membership. Each tier is entitled to
different membership privileges.
Higher tiers are entitled to more benefits and more discounts.
The tiers of membership are determined by: Member, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.

What are experience points?
OPPO members earn experience points by purchasing an OPPO mobile phone or through
various interaction activities and can be used to redeem gifts or services.
Experience points are the sole criteria to determine member tiers. Members can view
their current experience points in the My OPPO app.
How to earn experience points
Validity period for each tier of membership and the rules
for membership upgrades and downgrades
The validity period for each member tier shall be 365 days from the date that the
tier is awarded. After the expiration of the member tier,
experience points will be deducted and the member tier will be re-determined.
OPPO membership points are exclusive to OPPO users and can be used to redeem various
privileges or gifts.
Members can view their current points in the My OPPO app and can redeem points for
gifts and coupons in Rewards.
