- Experience Points is the sole criteria to determine your membership tiers. Experience Points can be earned through purchasing OPPO smartphones and IoT products, signing up as My OPPO App member, or through various interaction activities.

Reward Points can be used to redeem exclusive rewards such as vouchers, offers and

What is the validity period for each membership tier?
- The validity period for each membership tier shall be 365 days from the date that such tier is awarded. Upon expiration of the membership tier, certain Experience Points will be deducted and the membership tier will be re-determined.

What is the validity period for Reward Points?
- Reward Points shall remain valid for 1 year, starting from the month in which they were issued. If there is any controversy of the validity period, this rule shall be prevailed.
