My OPPO App is a loyalty program designed for OPPO users. Users may sign in to their
accounts from the My
OPPO App to activate their memberships, enjoy member privileges, earn points, and experience
more exclusive
services.
Membership privileges
My OPPO App offers a total of 4 different tiers of membership, where each tier is entitled
to
different membership
privileges. Higher tiers are entitled to more benefits and more discounts.

The tiers of membership are determined by: Member, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.

How to earn Experience Points
Validity period for each tier of membership and the rules for membership upgrades and
downgrades
The validity period for each member tier shall be 365 days from the date that such
tier
is awarded. After
the expiration of the member tier, Experience Points will be deducted and the member
tier will be
re-determined.
Reward Points
OPPO Reward Points are exclusive for OPPO users and can be used to redeem various
rewards
or gifts. Reward
Points
can also be used to participate in our in-app lucky draw and to stand a chance on
winning exclusive prizes.
Member can view their current Reward Points in the My OPPO App.
How to earn Reward Points
Validity period for Reward Points
Reward Points shall remain valid for 1 year, starting from the month in which they
are
issued. If there is
any
controversy of the validity period, this rule shall be prevailed.
