MY OPPO ZONE POINTS REDEMPTION 2026

Terms and Conditions

The My OPPO Zone Points Redemption 2026 (“Campaign”) is organized by Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201301045364 (1075187-D)) (“JBSB”).

1. Eligibility
   • This Campaign is open to My OPPO App members only (“Eligible Participant(s)”).
   • The terms and conditions applicable for the use of content and/or service in relation to the Campaign shall apply to the Eligible Participant(s). Failure to comply with any applicable terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions, or methods shall result in disqualification from the Campaign.

 

2. Campaign Period
   • The Campaign runs from 1^st January 2026, 00:00 (GMT +8) to 31^st December 2026, 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”).
   • JBSB shall retain the right to shorten, change, revise or amend the Campaign Period without any prior

 

3. Campaign Mechanism

• How to Participate:-

 

STEP	DETAILS
Step 1	Visit any Participating Store(s) during the Campaign Period.
Step 2	Log in to the My OPPO App and scan the QR Code displayed in the My OPPO Zone.
Step 3	Select the gift(s) to redeem and tap “Redeem.”
Step 4	Show the generated QR Code to the respective Participating Store staff for verification.
Step 5	Upon successful verification, Eligible Participant(s) are entitled to collect the redeemed gift(s) at the respective Participating Store(s).

• The gift(s) are given on a first-come first-served basis and subject to

 

• Eligible Participants shall confirm the gift availability with Participating Store staff prior to

 

• Should a gift become unavailable after the ‘Redeem’ tab is clicked, Eligible Participants shall agree to and acknowledge that their personal data, including their name, contact number, My OPPO username and My OPPO User ID may be collected by the Participating Store staff solely for the purpose of backend verification and the reversal and return of any points redeemed.

 

• The gift(s) are given on an “as is” basis and is not exchangeable or sold for cash, credit, other items or voucher in part or in full and is non-transferable to any other person.

 

4. Variation

JBSB reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

 

5. General Terms
   • This Campaign can only be used for single transaction, normal priced items and cannot be bundled with other ongoing

 

• This Campaign cannot be stacked with other voucher or promotion

 

• This Campaign is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for

 

• JBSB shall not entertain any complaints or disputes regarding gift availa

 

• JBSB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign without any prior notice and reason. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension by JBSB of this Campaign shall not entitle anyone to any claim or compensation against JBSB for any or all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

 

• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

 

• The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
