OPPO launches a month-long consumer campaign to appreciate its customers
6th July, 2020, Monday – OPPO Kenya has embarked on a consumer campaign dubbed ‘OPPO Super Brand Month’ to appreciate customers amid the negative impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. For the next two weeks, customers who purchase any device from OPPO Kenya brand shops countrywide will also get a bag of 10 face masks.
As part of the campaign, OPPO Kenya has also kicked-off a new after sale service commitment where customers will have their phones repaired at the Nairobi Service Centre within one hour.
OPPO Kenya’s PR & Communications Manager, Muthoni Wachira said, “OPPO has always focused on offering value services for the local market and our customers. And as a nation, as we continue to battle the fast-spreading deadly Coronavirus that has claimed thousands of lives, OPPO Kenya continues to join Kenyans in the fight against the virus. At the start of this pandemic in the country, we joined other corporates in donating hand sanitizers, and we are glad that even now, we can still offer a lending hand in ensuring that more people get masks to limit the spread of the virus.”
During the period of the campaign, the smartphone company shall also have many of their devices on special offers, including product bundling at favourable prices at all their brand shops countrywide and on Jumia. Customers who buy the Reno 3 will get free W11 wireless earphones, while consumers who buy the OPPO A92, A12, A31 and A52 can purchase the W11 wireless earphones at Ksh 3000 that currently retail at Ksh4,999.
