Terms and Conditions
I. DEFINITIONS

· “Alliance Partner” shall mean OPPO, who has entered into an alliance agreement with Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.

· "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.

· "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

· "Instant EMI" refers to the conversion into EMI upon request by the Cardholder, of the transactions performed using the Card on EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminal installed at participating stores or payment gateway of online merchant/s.

· “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using Bank, during the Offer Period on the Website.

· “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from1st July to 31st July, 2024 for Mobiles both days inclusive.

· “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

· “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner https://www.oppo.com/in/store

· “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. OFFERS
PARTICIPATING BANK: BOB CARD
Terms and Conditions prescribed by BOBCARD

1. BOBCARD reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this program at any time with/without prior notice to the cardholders.
2. The offer is an instant discount and will be provided upfront at the time of purchase.
3. BOBCARD holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to BOBCARD.
4. BOBCARD shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by the partner.
5. BOBCARD shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
6. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of BOBCARD.
7. The offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
8. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
9. BOBCARD reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offers by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
10. BOBCARD Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
11. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by BOBCARD to conduct further, similar or other offers.
12. This offer is non-encashable, not extendable, and non-negotiable.
13. Processing fee of Rs 199 plus applicable taxes will be applied on EMI transactions
14. The customer has understood and accept the T&C of EMI as available on the website (www.bobcard.co.in) and the applicable charges mentioned
15. The customer understands that in the event of the merchant or me cancelling my EMI transaction, they are responsible for notifying BOBCARD to cancel the EMI that was booked for the cancelled transaction.
16. This offer is applicable on purchase of select products. Please check before making a purchase.
17. This offer is applicable on all BOBCARD (Non-EMI & EMI transactions) except transactions made through Bank of Baroda Debit Cards or Corporate Cards.
18. Offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking or UPI payment option
19. The Offer is also applicable on payments made through EMI on BOBCARD.
20. The offer can be redeemed only in serviceable pin codes as per Government guidelines.
21. The discount will be applied to the Net Cart Value (NCV). NCV shall mean the total value of only the eligible product/s in the cart after all applicable discounts and exchange offer redemptions
22. Delinquent and over-limit Card and Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer.
23. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.

PARTICIPATING BANK: IDFC First Bank
Terms and Conditions prescribed by IDFC First Bank

• This offer is applicable on EMI transactions done at physical stores & online.
• Offer is applicable on select products & select tenures.
• Cashback will be given to a Cardholder only when it is mentioned on the charge slip. If the charge slip does not mention cashback, the Cardholder will not be entitled for the same.
• Processing fee of 1% of the transaction value (minimum Rs.99) plus taxes will be charged on EMI processing.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers and promotions across the stores.
• One card can be used only one time during the offer period. A customer will be eligible for the cashback only once during offer period.
• Offer is subject to brand discretion, please enquire at store for offer availability before the purchase.
• The Offer is made solely and entirely by IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd. (“Bank”) to the Bank’s Credit & Debit Cardholders (“Customers”), who have received communication by the Bank through emailer, SMS, Push Notification and / or any other direct communication channel intended for the customer only.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
• Cashback applicable will be posted within 90 days after the offer end date to the eligible Credit Card account of the qualified customers only.
• The offer validity, minimum purchase and maximum cashback criteria of the offer, as mentioned in the communication received by you, will be applicable.
• Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the Emailer, SMS, PN and/or banner, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the Offer.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• The Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether.
• The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. The Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
• The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
• No two offers can be clubbed together. Please note this offer cannot be clubbed with other promotions or offer or membership or any voucher or discount or packages that a customer might have received from the Merchant or IDFC FIRST Bank.
• Cardholder’s eligibility for the offer will be decided by IDFC FIRST Bank. In case of all matters relating to the offer including any dispute or discrepancy relating to the offer or eligibility of any Cardholder, IDFC FIRST Bank’s sole decision shall be final and binding on Cardholders in all respects.
• All Customer Queries/dispute on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within 7 days after expiry of the offer or promotion period.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• All Bank and Merchant Standard Terms & Conditions will apply.
• Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
• The offer is non-binding, non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
• The participation in the offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholders shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• Any dispute or claim regarding the discount, delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to the Merchant establishment. Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services etc. availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only. Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by the Merchant
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank reserve the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
• The decision of Merchant & IDFC FIRST Bank will be final and binding on all and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
• IDFC FIRST Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the offer is not configured or could not be availed due to technical or other reasons.
• IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card. In case of any fraudulent activity, for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer, necessary action will be taken by the Bank. Please note Bank’s has its own sole discretion in this regard which shall be final and binding.

PARTICIPATING ORGANISATION: FEDERAL BANK

1. Federal Bank reserves the right to decide the eligibility of the Cardholder for extending EMI Facility, as per internal policy and guidelines.
2. Federal Bank reserves its absolute right and discretion to approve or decline any request for EMI.
3. When you make a purchase under EMI, the available Credit Limit on your Federal Bank Credit Card account shall be reduced by an amount equal to the principal amount but your account statement for any month will reflect only the instalment amount due from you for that EMI transaction during that month.
4. Only single and completed transaction amounts are eligible for the EMI and any requests for part of the charge or clubbing of multiple charges into EMI are not allowed.The interest charges on EMI transactions are charged at a rate communicated to the Card member at the time of availing of the facility and on a monthly reducing balance. We reserve the right to change the offered EMI interest rate from time to time and furthermore, reserve the right to simultaneously offer different EMI interest rates for different transactions across different tenures.
5. Any change in the EMI interest rate shall not affect EMI transactions already getting billed on the card prior to the effective date of that change.
6. Once the EMI tenure has been chosen by the Card member, it cannot be changed.

General Offer Terms & Conditions applied

• Cashback shall be credited within 24 Hours of transaction
• If the order is canceled or left undelivered at Oppo's end, Oppo will initiate a refund
• After the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to the wallet within 7-10 days
• In case of partial refunds/cancellations, the refund amount will be adjusted with the Cashback received on the initial payment
• Full Cashback will be rolled back in case of a full refund

17. This Promotion is a special offer for Customers who meets the above eligibility criteria, and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the EMI Card and/or Customer loan agreements. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in derogation to the terms and conditions prescribed by BFL for the EMI Card and/or loan. 18. 19. BFL is not a manufacturer/supplier/provider of the Products purchased by Customer and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. Accordingly, BFL shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Products/Reward provided by any third party.
20. Notwithstanding anything herein, BFL shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Products or Reward provided by third party.
21. Disputes, if any, regarding the products/services purchased by the Customer during the Offer Period of the Promotion must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to the merchant/seller and BFL shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
22. These terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or other promotional material advertising the Promotion.
23. BFL's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants.
24. BFL reserves the right to revise these terms, modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice or reason. These terms and conditions prevail over the contents of any brochure or other promotional material advertising the Promotion.
25. BFL, its group entities/ affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, etc., shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered by a Customer, directly or indirectly, including for reasons arising out of use or non-use of Product(s) and/or Rewards or participation under this Promotion.
26. BFL shall not be liable for termination or delay of the Promotion or the Rewards forming part of the Promotion due to any force majeure event and will not be liable for any consequences.
27. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-negotiable and cannot be encased under any circumstance whatsoever.
28. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes if any arising out of or in conjunction with or as a result of this Promotion or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against BFL.
29. This Promotion is subject to laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable in any jurisdiction in India, from time to time, and accordingly in places where not permissible shall be deemed as not applicable.
30. The Customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, the Customers shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.

TERMS PRESCRIBED BY THE ALLIANCE PARTNER

1. Offer is applicable as per the details mentioned on purchase page of OPPO site and APP.
2. Offer is not applicable on transactions done through any other payment mode than the above-mentioned modes.
3. Offer can be availed on maximum 1 transaction/Card/Channel/Category during the Offer Period.
4. In case of any dispute or queries related to the offer, Card members can reach out to OPPO customer care team at 18001032777 between 9am to 7pm.
5. Offer is not applicable on cancelled/returned orders.
