What is the effective time for each OPPO Protection Plan?

Screen Protection Plan will be activated on the 2nd day which user received the new smartphone. Extended Warranty will be activated on the day when original factory warranty ends and will extend factory warranty for additional 365 days.

If I purchase OPPO Protection Plan, is it valid for multiple phones?

No, each OPPO Protection Plan can only be registered with one valid smartphone IMEI. An OPPO Protection Plan will not be effective for any other phone.

How to check OPPO Protection Plan status?

Customers can check OPPO Protection Plan status by contacting OPPO customer service agents (https://www.oppo.com/in/contact/). OPPO Protection Plan Status will be available to check within 3 work days from the day customer receive the new phone. (OPPO Protection Plan status will be available online soon)

How to purchase OPPO Protection Plan?

There are 2 options for the purchase. Option 1: Pick your preferred OPPO Protection Plan on the smartphone detail page. Option 2: Purchase Protection Plan individually within 3 days after activating your new device. Please be noted that OPPO Protection Plan  cannot be purchased separately offline at local stores.

How to claim OPPO Protection Plan for repair?

Please visit your nearest service center with your OPPO smartphone which will be inspected and verified by technicians in store if it is in compliant with the OPPO CARE Warranty Protection Agreement.

Can I return my OPPO Protection Plan and get refund?

 OPPO Protection Plan cannot be returned or refunded once sold.

OPPO Care+ is a protection plan combo consisting of “Screen Protection Plan” and “Extended Warranty Plan” both valid for 1 year.
What’s Covered:
1. Screen Protection Plan
Covers One Time Screen Protection only if the screen of the OPPO Mobile Phone (“Product”) is accidentally damaged such as liquid leakage in the touch screen and crack on the touch screen will be considered for replacement. The cost of a Screen is free of charge but a processing fee is applicable mentioned hereunder.
2. Extended Warranty Plan
Provides an additional warranty of 365 days along with the Original Warranty of the Product as per the policy at the time of the purchase of a new OPPO device; This Plan covers the technical and mechanical problems that occurred/happened to the Product during the Extended Warranty Period without any additional charge/cost in accordance with the conditions mentioned hereunder.
Effective Time:
Screen Protection Plan will be activated on the 2nd day when the user received the new device. The extended Warranty Plan will be activated on the day when the original factory warranty ends and will extend the factory warranty for additional 365 days.
What’s Not Covered:
  • Any loss under mysterious circumstances including lost or stolen.
  • Loss due to Intentional act or willful neglect.
  • Loss arising before/after Plan Period.
  • Any loss due to hiring or loan of the Product to a third party or if ownership is transferred.
  • Any damages occurred to the Product prior to the activation and purchase.
  • Loss arising due to unlawful acts including Terrorist activity, War, Nuclear Explosion, Radioactive Contamination, Chemical, Biochemical, Biological, Electromagnetic, and Cyber-attacks.
  • Consequential loss of any kind or description including wear & tear, and manufacturing defects.
  • All man-made damages including but not limited to the accidental or liquid damages and any of the following conditions are out of free warranty, therefore it will not be considered under extended warranty.
  • Any other condition described in“Terms & Condition”.
A Processing Fee will be applicable under Screen Protection Plan only as mentioned hereunder:

  • A defect caused by unauthorized repair, theft, burglary, and accident including earthquake, storm and or hurricane, abuse, misuse, sand, dust, water, negligence, fire, flood, lightning, malicious defect, impact, corrosion, battery leakage, acts of God, animal or insect infestation or intrusion.
  • Defects resulting from a power outage, power surges or dips, fluctuating voltage, inadequate or improper voltage or current.
  • Breakdowns are caused by viruses or realignments to the Product.
  • The Product is not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines for products including but not limited to regular maintenance & upkeep of the Product.
