Exchange and return policy
15-30 days exchange window for any quality issues

The device purchased smartphone on oppo store come with a 30-day exchange window if it is found to be functionally defective, starting from the date of delivery.
The device purchased IoT products and accessories on oppo store come with a 15-day exchange window if it is found to be functionally defective, starting from the date of delivery.
In such a case, please visit any of our service centers. As a part of our troubleshooting process, we might ask you to download certain diagnostic tools to detect the issue with the device and post validation of the complaint, we would initiate the replacement procedures.


How do I cancel my order?

1. If no payment has been made, no further action is required - the order will automatically be canceled after 2 hours.
2. If you have already paid for your order, you can try canceling your order in Order Section of your OPPO account.
3. If that method doesn't work because your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the parcel when delivered. The refund process will be initiated after the package backs to the warehouse. The process will be completed within 7 days (Not counted from the date of the parcel being rejected). Your refund will be directed to the original source of payment.


How is the refund processed in OPPO? / How long will it take to process the refund?

Sorry, the order only can be cancelled before it is shipped.
If items ordered online from OPPO store that are found arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not sign the package, and claim rejection to the courier. Once we receive your item, the refund will be initiated immediately.
It takes around 1-10 business days to process a refund. If a product return is involved, it may take slightly longer because we have to check the returned parcel. Refunds will be directed to the original source of payment. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, we suggest you contact your payment provider for details. If they are unable to help, please contact onlinesupportin@oppo.com - we may be able to provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or screenshot to help your payment provider track your refund manually. Please note that the exact time processing your refund depends on the payment provider.
