Terms and Conditions
for the OPPO x UEFA Champions League Contest
  • 1. Eligibility
    • - The contest is open to legal residents of Saudi Arabia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
    • - Employees, contractors, and representatives of OPPO, UEFA, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, etc.) are not eligible to participate.
    • - Participation is void where prohibited by Saudi law.
  • 2. Contest Period
    • - The contest begins on [Start Date] and ends at 11:59 PM on February 10, 2024. No entries will be accepted after the contest end date.
  • 3. How to Enter
    • - To enter the contest, participants must visit the OPPO x UEFA Champions League contest landing page, fill in their details (name, email, phone number, city, country), and predict the team that will make it to the UEFA Champions League finals.
    • - Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
    • - Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM on February 10, 2024.
  • 4. Prize
    • - The prize consists of an exclusive OPPO x UEFA Champions League Gift Box.
    • - There will be a total of 5 winners chosen.
    • - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • 5. Selection of Winners
    • - Winners will be selected through a random draw from the pool of eligible participants who correctly predict the team advancing to the finals.
    • - The draw will take place within seven (7) days after the contest closes.
    • - The winners will be notified via email or phone, and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
    • - If no response is received within 48 hours, OPPO reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  • 6. Publicity
    • - By entering the contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by OPPO and UEFA without further compensation.
    • - Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities and events as determined by OPPO.
  • 7. Liability
    • - OPPO and UEFA are not responsible for any technical failures, human errors, or other issues that may prevent a participant from entering the contest.
    • - OPPO and UEFA reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as fraud, technical issues, or any other reason beyond their control.
  • 8. Privacy
    • - Participants’ personal information will be used only for the purposes of this contest and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the contest.
    • - Participants can view OPPO's full privacy policy at [insert privacy policy link].
    • - All data collection and usage will comply with Saudi Arabian data protection laws.
  • 9. Disqualification
    • - Any participant found violating the terms and conditions or attempting to tamper with the contest will be disqualified.
    • - OPPO reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
  • 10. Governing Law
    • - The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    • - Any disputes arising in connection with the contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
